I really liked the hotel. I think it's pretty new. There is everything: bar, spa, hammam, massage, all kinds of games. The rooms are comfortable. The cuisine is very good, in my opinion: chicken, turkey, beef. Side dishes are different: rice, potatoes, pasta. There are a lot of dishes of national Turkish cuisine, and the pastries are beyond praise. From fruits: watermelon, melon, apples, grapes, pears, plums. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, green. The hotel has its own beach (very close to the hotel). The shore is pebbly. It is not very convenient to enter, but there is a ladder from the platform directly into the sea. Near the hotel there is a relict park : Milli Park. You can go for a walk. There is a beach (sandy), but sun beds are paid, but you can sit on the sand for free. The sea is very shallow on this beach, so there are a lot of kids. Of course, it's boring in the evenings, because there's nowhere to go in the town. Just sit in the hotel and listen to music.

A quiet, unassuming stay at the Akbulut Hotel.
Overall, I liked it. The hotel is for those who plan to relax in peace and quiet. The location of the hotel is at a distance from the center of Kusadasi, there is nowhere to go, but there is a promenade, shops and pharmacies nearby. Nearby is the wonderful Milli Park (entrance fee is 35 lira per person), the cave of Zeus.
So, the pros:
The beach is 3 minutes away, the beach is nice, clean, the sea is wonderful, but the water temperature is for an amateur. At the beginning of September, it feels like + 23-25.
The food is not too varied, but high-quality and tasty. Although, 2 days before the end of our vacation, it seemed that the cook had changed, as the menu had noticeably changed, not for the better. Perhaps the chefs work in shifts, so if you're lucky.
There are no queues at the restaurant, there is no need to take up space on the beach in advance.
Minuses:
The rooms are tired, the lock in the bathroom door was broken. There is no cleaning. Practically only the garbage is taken out and towels are changed.
Drinks – wines are not delicious, rose more or less did not like white and red. The beer is acceptable, the juices from the vending machine suck.
Water is supplied only upon arrival. Then either buy it or pour it into bottles from vending machines. Normal water in the restaurant and on the beach. The pool has a direct tap, there is a taste of chlorine.
The animation is very lame. There is only one animator for all hands out of boredom: he is with children, he is sports events, he holds a mini disco in the evening and he is a DJ. Well, it's not very important during the day, but in the evening there was a lack of some kind of show program. It's a little boring. Well, we slept well)))
In general, the hotel pulls in its 4 stars, but with a minus.

A nice small hotel. It stands out favorably from the neighboring ones by the presence of its own beach with a pier for descending into the sea. The food is necessary and sufficient - there are no such collapses with types of hot, but everything is just as it should be - salads, hot "salads", soup (for the sake of objectivity, soups are strange), meat and side dishes. There is not enough fish in the menu. Wine, beer, tea, coffee. Sweets for 4 with a minus. Fruits and watermelons are plentiful. The air conditioner in the room is loud and on the verge of power, but it is quite working. The sea views from the room are beautiful. We were there for a week and everything was fine. I recommend.

A good hotel.
Closer to home-cooked food: fish, poultry, meat, vegetables, fruits.
The main advantage is the beach.
The sea is clear, there are always sun beds for everyone, entertainment: bocce, darts, volleyball, football, stretching, ping pong.
The beach is for hotel guests, so there are no crowds like in Kusadasi.
The pool is clean, the rooms are also clean.
Very close 5 minutes on foot is the cave of Zeus, a little further is the entrance to the Dilek National Park.

A very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Cleaning on request. A great beach located close to the hotel. Descent to the sea by stairs. Excellent staff, especially I want to highlight the administrator of the evening shift (I don't remember the name). From outdoor activities: volleyball, football and boggies on the beach))

The best vacation in Turkey so far. A very good hotel, really for the number of stars that is written on it.
The food is standardly normal for a buffet, without frills, we did not starve.
I didn't even have to pay extra for the room, they immediately gave me a good one.
As in the whole city, English and Russian are spoken so-so here, because the resort is apparently internal, for its own. But the attitude and quality of services are at the same level.
The hotel is located near Milli Park, it takes an hour by minibus to get to the center, which is adequate, since it's enough to go and walk once.
I would like to mention the receptionist, who went out at night, for always trying to help and explain. And I would like to mention the head of the spa, a very pleasant woman, knows many languages, responsiveness and lack of imposition of services, only help and guidance.
I recommend the hotel to those who just want to come quietly and swim in the sea, play active games such as volleyball, football and table tennis, Boggy. Since there was no need to pay extra for anything at all. It is good for families, the most adequate staff and a contingent of vacationers.

We rested at the 4-star Akbulut hotel. Check-in is from 07.08-08/14.
24. In fact, the hotel has confirmed its stardom. A solid four.
Upon arrival, we were met at the entrance, as soon as we got out of the transfer, we carried out a luggage tray. They were greeted with a smile at the reception, put on a bracelet and sent to lunch, after which they immediately gave out the keys. The hotel has 2 elevators, working ones.
The room is perfectly clean, as well as in the hotel itself. Daily room cleaning and towel change, bed linen change is carried out every 2 days. The number corresponds to the photo on the website. All the equipment in the room is working, there were no problems.
The food is delicious and varied. The dishes are clean.
But if you are waiting for seafood (shrimp, mussels, etc.), then they will not be there. Fish (salmon, trout, pink salmon) are cooked for dinner
The alcohol is good, we tried vodka, gin, beer and red wine, we liked everything. The Apo bartender will prepare delicious and interesting cocktails.
The territory is small, but very beautiful and well maintained. There are many locations for insta filming.
There are always plenty of sun beds by the pool and on the beach at any time. The spa provides free beach towels. Naturally, the area on the beach is clean and well maintained. It is better to enter the sea from the pier, so you will not need aquashouses.
There is a bar on the beach with unlimited drinks. drinks. Alcoholic drinks on the beach are paid.
There is also a shower, a changing room and a toilet on the beach.
Animation is not like that. But they hold table tennis and volleyball tournaments. In the evening, a small disco. If you want to hang out, it's better to go to a club where a prof. DJ will be.
P.s. it is advisable to know English, as there are very few Russian speakers.

In general, everything is fine, the rooms are cleaned if you wish every day, the small territory, the beach is not connected to the main area of the hotel, but it takes no more than a minute to walk, the magnificent sea captivates, but this is not really about the hotel.
The food leaves much to be desired, the choice is not great, objectively the Turks can cook much tastier, you will not starve, but there will be no wow effect here.
It is very unpleasant that even in the ol inclusive system bottled water is paid separately and, in principle, there is trouble with drinks.
The local wine is absolutely disgusting, the juices are chemical, good beer and, oddly enough, coffee from the vending machine is also very good.
The receptionist at the reception refused to make a copy of the voucher, citing a broken printer, although it worked fine a day ago (what a coincidence)
When asked to open the refrigerator with paid water (Yes, it's locked), this friendly person said that he was very busy (busy to take more of your money :)
In general, it's not terrible, everything is generally good, but I wouldn't come back.

A small hotel, not on the first line, but 3 minutes to the sea. It has its own beach, there are always free places. Those who wish can play volleyball, petang, table tennis. It's not noisy. Upon check-in, we were given a 403 room under the roof without a balcony, not the one indicated in the voucher, which upset us very much. But they were relocated the next day. As it turned out, on the first day of check-in, there is such a story with many. Overall, the hotel is good, the rooms are clean, the buffet is not bad. I liked everything.

Attention! Five stars in this review is not a sign of a 5-star hotel! And if it's really important for you to live in a 5-ke, have a buffet in 3 tiers, endless animation, a dozen pools with slides - YOU'RE NOT HERE! This hotel is a worthy 3! Not very diverse, but a high-quality and delicious buffet, albeit one, but a clean pool, which always has a place, small but cozy rooms, and, most importantly, its own private beach 200 meters from the hotel itself with the most wonderful and crystal clear sea, for which, in fact, we we were coming here. About the beach separately. He is closely monitored by the hotel staff, so everything is always clean, there are no outsiders and there is no this stupid fashion to leave towels while occupying sun beds. So when you don't come, there's always a place. It's really cool that the play area on the beach is a natural lawn! And you can play volleyball and football! But there are also disadvantages that can be avoided by knowing about them. 1. Do not settle in a bungalow (this is a detached building). The rooms there are unimportant, worse than in the main building. 2. Alcohol in the hotel according to the "all inclusive" system is a third-rate swill! You can drink, at most, beer and a little wine. (so better stock up on your duty free. By the way, when we drank our own at lunch and dinner in a restaurant, no one interfered with us. Allowed.) 3. I would not go here with small children. First of all, because of the peculiarities of the beach. As such, there is no coastline there, so the option for children to dig in the sand and pebbles on the shore immediately disappears. They go down a ladder from a pontoon bridge into the sea, and with a child, as you know, it is difficult. But there is a department for kids in the pool. Conclusion: a good hotel for adults, without claims to luxury service and lovers to enjoy the stunning purity of the Aegean Sea!

Были в начале июля 2023 года. Территория отеля ухоженная, зеленая. Персонал внимательный, доброжелательный. Администратор Ахметажан говорит на русском, вежливый, с чувством юмора. Заселили нас по приезду сразу (7:45). Море находится в 3 минутах. Пляж отеля так же ухоженный, оборудованный и оформлен со вкусом. Есть фото зоны, качели, душ, туалеты, бар. С пирса очень удобный вход в воду. Море очень чистое, кристальная вода. Дно видно и без маски. Наблюдали за рыбками. Превосходные закаты. Анимация на пляже - волейбол, дартс, футбол. Вечером дискотека. Еда нам понравилась. Старались включать разнообразные мясные блюда. Есть диетическая кухня. Номер убирали за неделю дважды. Вайфай работал не плохо, но на пляже его нет.
В 10 минутах вход в парк Милли. Можно доехать на долмуше 85 лир на двоих, обратно 30, если пешком, то вход в парк 23 лиры на взрослого). Впечатления отличные. Ожидания оправданы. Пер Реалу и собственнику спасибо за гостеприимство.
Ставлю отелю достойную оценку 5 баллов.

Были в мае-июне 2021 года.
Плюсы:
вежливый и приятный персонал; бармен веселый и умеющий поднять настроение и взрослым и детям;
красивый вид из номеров: либо на горы, либо на море;
недалеко от моря;
есть своя территория около моря, где можно и отдохнуть и позаниматься спортом.
Минусы: пляж от отеля - галька. Мы так и не решились там покупаться. Но если не полениться и пройти на север 15-20 минут, то можно дойти до песчаного пляжа протяженностью около 8км. Его рекомендую. Очень приятный песок, пологий вход подойдет для отдыха с детьми.
Кухня я бы сказал на 4 из 5.
В целом, отель рекомендую. Как многие заметили Измир, Кушадасы, Гюзельчамли это другая Турция. Здесь, как в Италии, только красивее, из минусов - турецкий язык сложный и не такой красивый 😅
Высокая безопасность - люди оставляют ключи в мотоциклах, мопедах. На ночь арбузы а улице не забирают, как у нас на склад - а просто накрывают тканью.
В отличие от Италии - здесь дорогой алкоголь, ассортимент ограничен.
Из странностей - цены на куриные крылышки выше, чем на филе.
Рыба очень дорогая.
Зато какие вкусные фрукты.
Я влюбился в этот город. Планирую переехать сюда, когда выйду на пенсию.

Отель просто супер, чистота идеальная, уборка в номерах ежедневная, полотенца беленькие, выдают тапки , питание разнообразное,очень вкусное и по домашнему, спиртное не разбавляют, бутылки открывают при тебе,посуда в баре стеклянная,делают различные коктейли, шезлонги с матрасами,хватает с лихвой, вечером многие собираются на улице у бара за столиками,играет разнообразная музыка,море чистое,но в сентябре прохладное, у моря есть бар,напитки безалкогольные, шезлонги под навесами и отдельно. Персонал вежливый. Если получится, то обязательно туда вернусь в следующем году. Не хочу экспериментировать. Здесь уже проверено

Первый раз в порядке эксперимента оказались здесь. Если бы не лучший номер с террасой, то было бы совсем плохо. Фрукты в ограниченном количестве - арбуз и дыня. Еда так себе. Неделю можно продержаться, если вы не пьете и покупаете еду на рынке.
Персонал хороший. Номера чистые и без особой разрухи.
Море очень чистое, если нет больших волн. Вода бодрит, спортивное плавание Ок.
Температура в августе суперкомфортная. Без кондиционера можно обойтись.
Национальный парк был закрыт из-за пожаров, очень жаль, т. к. до него 5 мин. пешком.
Доплатите за нормальный отель на первой линии с территорией, если есть возможность, чем ехать сюда.

Уютный номер, очень вкусная и разнообразная еда, ежедневная уборка. Свой пляж с пирсом и ступеньками. Для купания детей лучше подойдёт пляж в Мили парке, 1.5 км пешком или на маршрутке.
Очень красивая природа!

Отель очень понравился. Тихо.Спокойно. По семейному. Вежливый и хороший персонал. Питание без изысков, но все вкусно и качественно. Были в сентябре 2018 года. В сентябре 2019 снова возвращаемся

Всем, здравствуйте! Отдыхали с мужем 10 дней в 2019 г этом отеле. Очень, очень , очень понравилось. Обслуживание замечательное. Кухня супер, даже жареный картофель был. За 10 дней горячие блюда не повторялись. Пляж, территория всё очень чисто и окуратно. Ещё приедем отдыхать.

Отель на 3*+. На 4* не тянет. В сезон из фруктов только дыня и арбуз. А в остальном хорошее место для тихого, спокойного, семейного отдыха.

У нас сыро, холодно, вспоминаю отель и отдых в нем как праздник. Была в отеле в сентябре, в октябре уехала на Кипр,
и представьте себе, скучала по Турции. Западная Турция - с отголосками Греции и восточной Римской империи, даже Кушадасы - аккуратный чистый приморский город похож на города Родоса или Крита. Очень хочу побывать в Измире и может быть, доберусь до Трои. Спасибо Акбулуту за мечту.
А еще мне понравились турецкие мужчины, оказывается, они "заболевают", если им нравится русская женщина.
