Nice hotel in the Fatih area. Friendly staff, convenient location.
Of the minuses, for which I took off the star, it's no wifi, it just doesn't exist (although they promise you a good one in the description), breakfasts are few fruits and no porridges, a lot of national dishes.
But the most important thing that surprised us the most was that artificial flowers of not the first freshness, with which everything is decorated, even on the tables in the restaurant there are "scented" bouquets, it looks very unsightly. This is not a 5-star hotel level, definitely! I would recommend that the manager urgently hire a florist), well, or at least update this "flower garden"
On the plus side, the maids work well, I also really liked the spa area, the massage therapists are great!
There is no Russian staff on the subject of language, they speak only English and Turkish.
Location - near the metro. The nearest shopping center is a 15-minute walk away.
All in all, well, 2 days of stay was enough)
Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel does not pull in 5 stars (((( yes, there are a lot of halls for events and they are good enough, but not very good to live in. All plumbing is old, you can only get into the bathtub in rubber slippers. The wiring is old, the socket and the TV were knocked out in the room. The lighting in the rooms is terrible, just dim. It's better to keep silent about the pillow and blanket!!!!! Dirty and the pillow is like a brick, I've been twisting my neck for a week from this. The location is normal, near the metro station, it's convenient!
