The hotel is designed for various events, for accommodation for no more than two or three days, and for a long time under tired, five stars are given to it only for a conference room and a variety of rooms for celebrations.
The breakfasts are monotonous and meager. Hot breakfast, eggs, omelet porridge, steamed vegetables and pasta casserole.
The Internet in the rooms is only for reading, photos and videos are loaded with difficulty, calls do not go through, call WhatsApp only at the reception, even in the restaurant there is a connection every other time.
There's only one Russian channel, not a news channel, and it's full of ads for jewelry and all sorts of nonsense.
There is not a single Russian speaker at the reception.
The hammam with sauna is small by appointment for half an hour of use.
The rooms are large, but the furniture and countertops need to be repaired and updated.
The staff is friendly.
Summing up all the pros and cons, I think the hotel does not meet the stated requirements, with a maximum of three stars!

A cool, calm hotel, clean, cozy, very friendly staff, a good variety of breakfasts, you can find everything for every taste, eggs in all possible variations, olives, cheeses, ham, vegetables, all possible pastries, etc., the cleanest linen and carpentry, which is very important, room cleaning every day.
