I've traveled half the country, and I've never seen a worse place. Let's start in order. Borscht is simply no good!!! One potato was cut into two pieces and thrown into a saucepan. They just don't know what it means to chop cabbage for borscht, and they don't know how to cook either-it crunches like chips. I won't say anything about meat at all. I saw it, of course, but it would have been better to cook without it. For the second, the children ordered mashed potatoes and chops - they cooked for 25 minutes, fish-flavored chops (probably they don't change the oil at all). My wife ordered trout with vegetables - just trash!!!!! Half an hour instead of the promised 20 minutes. But the trout is half-cooked, the cook was called. He stands there spreading his hands. My wife refused to pay, and the receptionist insisted that half the cost of the dish be paid for)))) As a result, trout was excluded from the check. As a result, we were extremely unhappy. There is zero service, the tables are dirty, and the remains of someone's meal are on the floor. Lack of napkins, salt and pepper. Boorish attitude. There is zero customer orientation.

We waited 35-40 minutes to place an order. After about 15 minutes, our order arrived. AN HOUR HAS PASSED AND WE HAVE EATEN!! Instead of immediately approaching and taking an order from new guests, dishes are served ready for other tables. As everyone writes here, the tables are dirty (not wiped at all), down to oil and greasy stains from past visitors. Indeed, for what kind of service they charge 10% on top - I have no idea. We went twice, we will not go the third time in any case! Our time is too precious.
