The mayor's office sees problems only under its nose, every morning a crowd of hard workers licks the parking lot, and around the corner it doesn't care what happens: mountains of garbage, broken traffic lights and much more. Special mention should be made of their reaction to complaints that they are unable to resolve. Indeed, it is very difficult to disperse randomly parking taxi drivers near the shopping center 300 meters from the city hall! I don't even want to talk about the rest. Bad in one word!
