We were a family with two children from 14.02 to 17.02. We liked the hotel, very pleasant and friendly staff. Nice spacious room, daily updated bottled water, tea, coffee, daily cleaning. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. You can also have dinner at the hotel with a 20% discount. You can also visit the hammam for free, but you must make an appointment in advance. There is a $100 deposit at the hotel, which is refunded upon check-out. Very convenient location of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal street. There is an outdoor cafe next to the hotel, there are always a lot of people in the evening and it gets noisy outside, but you can't hear in the room, which is a big plus (our room was located on the 5th floor). In general, the impressions are only positive, I recommend it!

We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. The staff is friendly, always ready to help, prompt, explain what is where.
I also liked the breakfasts, you could always choose something to your liking. Russian russians and Russian speakers are very numerous in this hotel, and they have constantly heard Russian speech.
The hotel is located 2 minutes from the main pedestrian street Istiklal.
We constantly walked along this street and were amazed by the number of tourists.
There's an old tram running down the street, very cute.
It so happened that we rode it right on Republic Day, and it was unforgettable. The boys rode behind the tram on bicycles and literally shouted the anthem of the Turkish Republic, and the people on the tram picked up this song, it was an incredible vibe. 🇹🇷

I liked the hotel very much. The room is unusual and spacious. Located in the old foundation. There is a courtyard, a balcony, the room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are great! Not far from the street with the Istiklal tram. The quality of bed linen and beds is 5%! There are all the necessary cosmetic products. And we even took our toothbrushes with us, they are collapsible, as they used to give us to the pioneer camp in childhood. There are even washcloths! We were in Istanbul from 6.01 to 11.01 at this hotel.
Of the advantages:
1. Location! A 5-minute walk from the busiest Istiklal street. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, tea, coffee, confectionery Hafiz Mustafa, a lot of shops, a lot of street food (kebabs, burgers, etc.)
2. The staff is polite. Room cleaning every day. There is free drinking water in the room. The refrigerator-bar is paid.
3. The rooms are clean. Two sets of towels (for the shower and for the face), two pairs of slippers.
4. Breakfast in the next building. Not super diverse, but decent. Almost every day there were scrambled eggs, soups, salads, vegetables, fruits, pastries, biscuits, bread, tea, coffee, all kinds of jams and so on.
Of the cons: but I didn't feel it much! This is the music under the windows from the Yuri Gagarin bar. In summer, it's probably more audible if you sleep with the windows open.
Aah, and one more minus, my husband felt it! It's one blanket for two!😂
Maybe we should have asked for the latter, but this thought came to us too late!😂

A lovely and cozy hotel with a good location. It is located near Istiklal street, the noise from it does not reach at all, it is very quiet and peaceful here, bus stops nearby, cafes, shops and pharmacies are all within walking distance. The room was originally booked without windows, they paid 75 euros extra and we were given a great deluxe suite with a balcony and large windows. Keep in mind that a deposit of 100 euros is charged here, and it is refunded upon check-out. Towels were changed every day, cleaning was also done, and everything was clean. The breakfasts are good too. I definitely recommend the hotel!

A very pleasant hotel in terms of price and conditions. Nice three-bedroom apartment: clean, spacious rooms, new bathroom. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the hotel: a good selection of food is a plus. Location: 200 meters from the busiest Istiklal street, but there is no noise, sleep as comfortably as possible (even with the windows open). I am very glad that I found such a housing option in Istanbul!

I recommend it!!!! Very convenient location - within walking distance from Taksim Square, Pedestrian zone, Galata Tower. At the same time, the rooms are quiet. We were at the hotel from October 23 to October 27, 2024. I really liked the hotel, the rooms are clean (cleaning and water every day), the staff is very friendly, they will always help/ prompt. For those who do not speak much English, there are Russian-speaking staff. Good European breakfasts, you won't stay hungry for sure. The location is on a very nice street, there are bars/restaurants near the hotel. Istiklal central street is a 2-minute walk away.
The windows of the hotel overlook the street on one side, and the adjacent building on the other, as it turned out later, is a police station. Our guys were just going out to the police station. At first we were upset, but then we realized that it did not cause any discomfort, because there are blackouts on the windows, and no one sees us, and we only came to the hotel to spend the night.

While traveling to Istanbul, we stayed at Akka Suites, and it turned out to be a great choice!
First of all, I want to note the location: it is located in the very center of the city, literally a few minutes' walk from Istiklal and Galata Tower. It is an ideal place for those who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Istanbul without spending a lot of time on transport.
The rooms surprised with their modern furnishings and comfort. Everything was clean, stylish and thought out to the smallest detail: a comfortable bed, high-quality bed linen and nice little things like a tea and coffee set.
The staff is a separate compliment. Very friendly and attentive people who are always ready to help, whether it's tips on restaurants, attractions or minor household issues.
I especially liked the breakfast: fresh local products, traditional Turkish dishes and, of course, excellent coffee.
If you are looking for convenience, comfort and a warm attitude in the heart of Istanbul, Akka Suites is a great choice. We will definitely come back here on our next trip!

We were thrilled. We did not expect this from the 3 stars of the hotel. A gorgeous room (we had 2+1), everything is new, working, modern. He went out into a quiet alley. Cleaning every day.
The staff are all smiling and ready to help - from the reception desk to the porters. We were checked in at 9 a.m.
An excellent breakfast buffet (of course, not like at 5 o'clock, but everything we usually eat was present). I strongly advise you to go to this restaurant for a business lunch, from 12:30 to 14:30. You can't eat in the vicinity for that kind of money :)
There is a compact SPA (hammam and sauna) downstairs. We went for a massage in the evenings - after long walks around Istanbul, it was a salvation).
The location is great - a party street is nearby (but the hotel itself is a bit in the alley) , everything is close - metro , tram , funicular , ferry station.
We really enjoyed it, if we return to Istanbul again, we will definitely settle there.

The hotel is good, comfortable rooms, we did not live in a house with a reception, but on the contrary, there is a whole mini-block or just a big house behind the gate. Normal food in a separate restaurant on the 1st floor, separately freshly squeezed juice for 120 lire, excellent. Attentive staff. Great location: you live in relative peace and quiet, and after 2 steps Istiklal, who never sleeps!
The only thing you should pay attention to is the taxi service that the hotel calls. We used it for a trip to the airport, two families were flying at different times. We were all forced to pay 100-200 liras more in various ways than we had agreed at the hotel. The standard price is 1000 liras, 1100 when paying by card. the driver confirmed it, but he entered 1210 into the terminal when paying, and I noticed only when I paid... keep your eyes open!

The room has everything: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and other hygiene products. The breakfast is simple, not varied, but when there is no time to wait, it is quite acceptable, although more expensive than in any street cafe. Wonderful hotel! Just fabulous! The room is large, comfortable, and has everything you need to relax: from cotton swabs to a kettle. The toothbrushes are fantastic. The location is good, close to Istiklal, Taksim, if you go down, you get to the Galataport shopping center.

The breakfasts are quite decent and satisfying. My son mostly ate milk with cereal and freshly baked mini croissants with hot tea😋 The staff is English-speaking and slightly Russian-speaking.
The room was cleaned every day!

I liked the hotel. we stayed for 10 nights. Excellent location, everything is nearby: Istanbul's main pedestrian street Istiklal, and many cafes and shops, and Taksim Square, from where you can go anywhere in the city. We were given a room with windows on bars and cafes, it was very noisy on the first night, when in the morning the hotel staff asked us about our impressions and we complained about the noise, the room was changed to a higher class and windows to a quiet courtyard. We are very grateful to them for this! The room is clean, the cleaning is constant, the linen and towels are snow-white. Every day in the room, returning from excursions, they found bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar. There is a kettle. The breakfasts are very good: porridges, 2-3 types of cooked eggs, sausages, ham, sausages, cheeses, muesli, fruits and vegetables, various pastries. Decent coffee from the coffee machine, freshly squeezed juices. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. Many speak Russian, all speak English. I think if we return to Istanbul, it will be nice to stay at this hotel again. Thank you all!
And by the way, the deposit was returned immediately and without any problems at check-out.

Great hotel! It's a very cool location, we took the subway, and with a suitcase we calmly drove to the hotel from the airport. The hotel has a hammam, take slippers and swimsuits. The breakfasts take out a little bit of the most satisfying, I had to ask sometimes. For 100 lire, freshly squeezed juice will be made. A wonderful hotel two minutes from Istiklal Street, fifteen from Galata Baska in one direction and ten from Taksim Square in the other.

A wonderful hotel, with excellent staff. It is located approximately in the middle of Istiklal Street. Istiklal is literally two houses away from the hotel. The hotel is not a view hotel, but we lived on the top floor and had a great side view. After reading that the rooms were noisy, they wrote in advance in their wishes the quietest possible room. Special thanks for our room, it was on the 5th floor, facing the street, but with the windows closed, there was no noise from the street, and as a bonus, it had a great view. We had breakfast in the next building in a very nice cafe. The waiters don't speak Russian at all and aren't very nice, but the reception staff are just wonderful, everyone, but especially Vulkan and the boy is still with him and working the shift. They are the sweetest, caring, attentive, and friendly people. Vulkan speaks excellent Russian, the boy (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) also speaks quite well. All hotel staff speak English.
Unfortunately, when we left, it wasn't Vulcan's shift and we couldn't thank him, he's really the most welcoming employee I've ever met in hotels.

We chose this hotel on our first visit to Istanbul.
Pros: If you are also visiting Istanbul for the first time, this will be a really good option, as the hotel is located on Istiklal Caddesi pedestrian street, where there are many different restaurants, cafes, shops. There is a pharmacy, various cafes and a small local shop near the hotel. Very tasty and varied breakfasts (I warn you right away freshly squeezed juices for a fee).
The rooms are cozy, and they bring free water and hygiene products every day. The staff at the hotels will always prompt and help if you need help.
But there are also minor disadvantages: there is a bar next to the hotel, it will be noisy at night! Taxis and cars do not approach the hotel, as it is located in a narrow street that is always closed.

The location is a separate 5 stars! The hotel is located about 100 meters from the large and long shopping street Istiklal, where there are a lot of shops of international brands. But at the same time, since the hotel is located just in the courtyards of this street, you can not hear the noise from it. There is a metro station within walking distance.
The staff is smiling and polite. In general, there is nothing to complain about at all! In my opinion, the hotel deserves all 5 stars without the slightest stretch.

A good quality hotel. Conveniently located next to Istanbul's famous Istiklal Street. There are many cozy atmospheric cafes nearby. I recommend going to the Yuri Gagarin bar👍
We took a room with a double bed and two sofas, there is enough space, there are bathrobes and slippers, all hygiene products, if not enough, you can ask the girls who do the cleaning, by the way they are all very friendly and responsive.
A buffet breakfast is served. There is absolutely everything you need: soup, omelette, eggs, waffles, a large assortment of cheeses, ham, fruits, cereals, cookies and Turkish sweets, and of course Semite☺️

Just a great hotel for your money. The staff responded immediately to all our questions and requests. Special thanks to Vulkan - he helped with all issues, including those that were not related to his duties (how best to get there or where best to buy, etc.). I had a rest with my daughter at this hotel in November 2024, based on the numerous reviews I have read over the years, I will tell you about the hotel like this. The location of the hotel is simply incredible, on a small street adjacent to Istiklal, 5 minutes from Taksim Square and the metro station of the same name. Even if you are not familiar with Istanbul and are coming here for the first time, this hotel is so well located that many attractions are nearby. The hotel consists of several houses on both sides of the street, which did not bother me in any way. Nearby there are cafes, snack bars, a small shop with alcohol, tobacco, chips and other small nonsense, there is also a pharmacy. The breakfasts are quite diverse, there are several types of sausages, cheeses, 6 types of pastries, fruits, vegetables, you can not stay hungry even if you are on a diet or with young children, although according to a huge number of different reviews, there will definitely be someone who is not satisfied with something. The room in which we were accommodated is very cozy, incredibly spacious, tastefully decorated and everything necessary is thought out. The bed is large enough, the mattress is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and sparkling white, not worn, without stains. In the bathroom, all the appliances worked flawlessly, and the bathroom drain also worked. The hotel staff were all very polite, the room was cleaned every day while we were at breakfast, bed linen and towels were also changed every day, despite the fact that we did not ask, they returned from breakfast, and the room sparkled and everything was changed. The room is quiet, despite its very close location to the center of the tourist life, which is in full swing until the morning. Our rating of this hotel is 10 out of 10. This hotel is even higher for its category. Of course, there are better hotels, and some may lack bathrobes in their rooms, but we didn't need them. The hotel does not have a view of the Bosphorus or the beautiful park, but they can be reached in five minutes on foot. If you need a place from which it is convenient to get anywhere and close to a large number of iconic places in Istanbul, this hotel is a great place.

We stayed at this hotel from March 14 to March 21, 2025. Located a minute's walk from the street. Istiklal, five minutes from Taksim Square.
1. The staff barely speaks Russian, but they diligently pretend;
2. English is spoken much better, but not by everyone.;
3. As it turned out, this hotel has two "buildings". One is in the same place as the reception, the other is 10 meters lower, on the opposite side. We got a room in the second "building". We booked a room for two Supererior French, because my wife wanted a French balcony. We got a Supererior, but never a French one, at number 4101 with a view of the neighboring construction site. To our objections, they told us that everything was packed, and there were no other rooms. To begin with, we decided that we would fight to the end, but when we realized that the festivities in the restaurants under the hotel windows were going on until 3 a.m., and the audibility was great, we spat. We only came to the room to spend the night.;
4. The cost of breakfast was included in the room rate. Of course, this is not Kemer with their five-star hotels, but it's hard to stay hungry.;
5. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around, and there are also a lot of exchangers. Only the lazy one didn't write about the shops on Istiklal. There are two metro stations near the hotel.
6. I would like to draw your attention once again to the fact that our tourists are charged a deposit of one hundred euros or bucks as a refundable deposit in case of damage to property. At the same time, more tourists settled in with us, which was an unpleasant surprise for them.
I was especially pleased that in Turkey they started accepting a Visa from VTB for payment, my card was expired, but payment was made almost everywhere through the QR code application.
