There was a sudden need to buy a battery. A colleague recommended this service and was not mistaken. We briefly and informatively consulted on the market situation by phone and selected the right accum for my car, and the managers told me in detail and showed everything that is available. We took the old spent accum into account (after checking it beforehand) and made an additional discount for pickup, for which thank you. It is convenient that the service center is located in the same building and you can check other batteries for their viability for free. They also installed it for free, since the installation was not particularly difficult.

Hello. I am very dissatisfied with your product and service. 09/22/2023 I purchased a Forward Ultra battery with a capacity of 65 ah (36 months warranty). In the summer of July 2024, I couldn't start the car in the morning. I phoned and delivered the 13.07 battery to Krivichskaya Street. I left it under warranty, they said they would sort it out and call. I didn't get the call, so I had to go myself. They said that the employee was on vacation, so for
two months there was no one to call. At the same time, they issued a technical act in which they wrote that the deformation of the plates and the electrolyte turned dark as a result of violations of the rules of operation. how's that? in an unattended battery, it could happen after less than 10 months of operation.
