In the summer of July 2024, I couldn't start the car in the morning. I phoned and delivered the 13.07 battery to Krivichskaya Street. I left it under warranty, they said they would sort it out and call. I didn't get the call, so I had to go myself. They said that the employee was on vacation, so for two months there was no one to call. At the same time, they issued a technical act in which they wrote that the deformation of the plates and the electrolyte turned dark as a result of violations of the rules of operation. how's that? in an unattended battery, it could happen after less than 10 months of operation. I took it under warranty, closed two banks, refused a guarantee, They can refuse for many reasons, of course I cannot prove that I have operated correctly and complied with the terms of the warranty. I asked to see - they measured something and said that they needed to measure the battery (there is a feeling that it was possible to recharge the old one and it would still last for several years). Ok, they put up the price and said you need to come 2 times a year to give it for maintenance. And if I write the worst review, the service will be free for a while (now it's clear where so many good reviews come from). I went happy with the new accum, but after a while the same problem again. I read it turns out that the replacement ass must be prescribed a battery via a computer, but no one did this and did not tell me. I have already tried to sign up for service several times: there is no substitution and it is unknown when it will be. The only plus is the courtesy of the manager when selling the battery)
