There is no administrator. There are a lot of people, everyone is running. They do not pay attention to new visitors, they will have to look for someone to tell them. There are not enough waiters, this is especially noticeable on weekends. The menu is not available, the waiter replied that it is the menu, everything else is at the checkout. Food will have to wait (plus/minus) one hour😩 But the fish is just licking your fingers🤤 Well , they have very tasty fish 😍👍
