I left the car to repair the box. They wrote – come and take it away. I arrived – there is no car. We run it in, see if the box is knocking, 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes, when I asked where the car was, they began to invent something about the traffic police, which was stopped on the way back. While I was waiting, I looked at how people were working – two cars were hanging from the ceiling, one mechanic was drinking coffee, the second was on the phone, the third was playing with a dog. The cars are hanging in proud solitude, no one approaches them. As a result, they drove me 50 km, which I discovered on the way home. Also, the "engine check" light began to light on the panel. I went to the car electricians – they found a broken wire, an error was coming out from here and a sign on the panel was burning. 90 rubles for repairing the box, 50 km for my money and 140 rubles for car electricians to solder the wires to me. Master Ivan. I will never go there again and I do not advise anyone – they lie to my face and break what worked fine before, plus the guys went for a ride at my expense. Disgusting service.

I will leave a review after 15 months of using the results of work.
I came to this place by accident. Last spring, a car came to me from the States, in which, as it turned out, there was a blow from below on the box and engine. Coincidentally, this organization was located near the one where he planned to do bodywork.
The box was promptly disassembled and showed me all the damage. To be honest, I thought that it would not be possible to restore some elements, and spare parts for an almost new car could not be found.
Nevertheless, the guys were able to recover. Of course, I also read the reviews and the hair stood on end. I thought it had happened.
Communication with clients was lame at that time - I had to call myself and ask about the progress of the work. Pricing was also not entirely clear. On the other hand, the cost fit into my budget.
After everything was ready for assembly and restoration, we agreed on the day of delivery of the work. The day before the end, it turned out that they were not in time and asked for a couple more days. I didn't mind. However, the next day at lunch they called and said that everything was ready. I was pleasantly surprised.
When I picked up the car, the warranty was stipulated. The guys also spent an hour after the payment to help me open the hood when the cable broke through no fault of their own.
For more than a year of use, the car has not found any jambs. You can close your eyes to an uneven weld. The box is working properly. I hope it will continue to be so.
In general, it's not as scary as it seemed, but it's worth working with customer communication.

The repair lasted 3 weeks, but the problems remained, they returned under warranty, which they were able to fix- they fixed it, but the questions remained. They took the car and drove only 30,000 and repaired it again. We turned to another service and it turned out that according to the Act, the details were written that were changed, but in fact they did not change or put the cheapest Chinese and used ones of not the best quality. Deception and overpriced prices.

Deception, divorce for money and complete incompetence. Fortunately, I called another organization where they even said on the phone that the problem was not with the automatic transmission. Although these were ready to solve my problem for 2500 USD. In fact, I cut out the second row of catalysts and the whole problem was solved! I do not recommend contacting them.

I had to change something in the automatic transmission. They changed it, paid $ 400, the problem did not go away, came back. They said that they probably need to change something else, plus 200 and everything will be on fire. Okay, I changed it. After 100 km, the same problems again, the letter D (drive) flashes, the car jerks along. I came to them, they tell me to end the brains and look for new ones. Binding installation is another $ 400. I started to figure it out myself, it turned out that the selector position sensor was broken (the issue price is $ 50). I changed it and all the problems are gone. Didn't swear, didn't do anything. I decided that my money would help people like these trowels not to throw their teeth on the shelf. Mazda 6. So think before you go.
