I was here this summer, the hotel is great. It is located near the sea, which is very convenient. The hotel is always clean, the usual rooms are cleaned according to my rules for every third day, if I'm not mistaken. Thanks to the good and kind staff for this! The hotel also includes a choice of breakfasts, which is great!. I'll tell you more about the numbers. An ordinary room has a TV, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a bed (single or double, or double + single), a small balcony, a fairly spacious wardrobe, etc. (Why did I write "in an ordinary room"? Because there also seem to be suites.) In general, this is a cool hotel that deserves a rating, and this rating, in my opinion, is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Breakfast is included. Delicious! There are 7 options to choose from. The hotel is located next to the sea! There is a grocery store next door. We'll stay here next year. We were leaving Sukhumi airport. The plane to Moscow. Tip: do not take wine and chacha in plastic bags. They don't let you through at the airport. Only in glass! They fell in love with Sukhum! We were also in Gagra, but in Sukhum there is a more spiritual rest!

We stayed at this hotel from September 13 to September 26, 2025. I liked everything!!!!! The hotel itself, the room, we had a 2-bed standard, cleaning in three days, including a change of bed linen, garbage was cleaned every day, bathroom and toilet accessories were replenished daily. The breakfasts are wonderful, hearty, 6 dishes to choose from. Coffee, butter, honey, bread, eat as much as you want!!!! The hotel staff is friendly and helpful!!! And the sea is very close, a 3-minute walk. There's a great bakery nearby, and the Apshalas cafe is great across the street!!! Everything is great. Next time we will be in Sukhum, then again in Acre!!!!!

We thought for a long time how many stars to rate our stay at this hotel, because it turned out ambiguously... We rested for 5 nights in the middle of September. Of the advantages: a good, very clean, unstoppable 2-room room, 2 air conditioners work well, there is a bidet, comfortable mattresses and pillows, a mattress is placed on an additional place (a folding sofa) - it is convenient, there is enough storage space. In general, the room is absolutely without complaints. The elevator was always working, the lights were never turned off. The staff is very polite and smiling. The sea is 50 meters away, the water is clean, we swam, we did not catch rotavirus. There is a market nearby (be careful, wash fruits very, very well, we bought fruits in the mountains and on the highway - everything is fine, and after figs (3 pcs) and plums (6 pcs) from the market, I was poisoned, I washed my fruits at home as usual, but, apparently, not well enough, the symptoms of poisoning passed less in less than a day, so I think this is a banal poisoning, not rotavirus, neither my husband nor my daughter ate fruit, they were not injured). There are no decent places to eat very close to the hotel, but there is a dining room 750m away - we ate - I highly recommend it. The whole traffic and the city center are 1.5-2 km from the hotel. We went there by taxi (it is better to download the application) 150-200 rubles to the center, and walked back along the embankment. All in all, a nice quiet hotel for your money. Vacationers are mostly 40-60+. By the way, you can't eat at the hotel anymore except for breakfast, because the season is over. The breakfast is delicious, but meager. An adult man objectively has little, no meat at all. There are 5 breakfast options to choose from, the same every day, only porridge changes from the choice every 2 days and you can choose either an omelet or scrambled eggs. My husband ate the same thing for breakfast for 5 days: buckwheat with one sausage, at least something meat. In general, of course, it's strange why you can't combine the ingredients of these breakfasts somehow? It's kind of weird to eat the same fried eggs without sausage or something meat. The pastries for breakfast are fresh and different, they have never been repeated in 5 days. And the main "fly in the ointment" of our stay in Acre: I'm not accusing anyone of anything, because I can't prove anything, we kept everything of particular value and money in a safe, and took the key with us, but there was a travel bag with an open side pocket on the chest of drawers, in which my original leather bracelet lay this is costume jewelry, not expensive (up to 1000 rubles), but I liked it. The bracelet was definitely in the bag in this open pocket and my husband and I saw it. We left for an excursion all day, on this day our room was well cleaned, on other days only the garbage was taken out, towels were never changed, including those that lay on the floor. On the 4th day in the evening, I decided to wear the bracelet for a walk and did not find it. When we left, we rummaged through everything - there was no bracelet, we arrived home, we went through all the things and bags again - we still did not find the bracelet. Draw conclusions.

WiFi is not designed for the number of guests, most of the time they do not ship, not only videos and movies, but it is even impossible to call and simply search for something on maps or on the Internet, for 2025 it seems to me a complete shame. The TV is ancient, it shows only 4 channels. Not everything is working properly in the rooms, in our case the dryer is not working, to which the receptionist spread his hands and said: "Well, dry it on the balcony, we can't move it." The breakfast menu consists of 5 items to choose from, which are constant and do not change: cottage cheese, omelet, sweet rice, buckwheat with sausage, macaroni and cheese. Only one item includes meat, if one small sausage can be called that) initially they offered to add a sausage to any option, but after 3 days they said that they would have to pay 30 rubles for it))) You can decide for yourself how to react to this, but in our opinion this is completely absurd) Of the positive aspects, there is a balcony, frequent cleaning, tea, coffee, loaf, bread, butter can be chosen without restrictions and there is a sweet dessert for breakfast, but this is not enough for an adult man. The staff seems to be polite and pleasant, but they don't know how to solve any problems. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, there are much better options in a similar price segment or even cheaper.

It is worth noting separately that all the staff is very friendly, many thanks to Kristina, Jeanne, Vika, Julia. The receptionist Nana is the soul of the hotel, when she appears, her laughter and smile lifts everyone's spirits. She will solve everything, prompt, direct. The location of the hotel is very convenient: 7 minutes walk to the market and transport stops, 5 minutes to the beach, near a bakery, a shop and a cafe. The entertainment bustle on the waterfront. This is simply the best hotel in Sukhumi. We just went to the reception, offered water and coffee. They asked about life and about the trip, the flight. The breakfasts are fresh, the drinks are cool. The staff are just wonderful people!!!!!! We had a problem with the child, promptly organized hospitalization, escorted and returned the child to another person. Then there was a gift from the administration. The proximity to the sea is literally 3 minutes, of which you stand at a traffic light for one minute. Near the cafe with fresh fish "Apshalas". The market is within walking distance, excursions, if you take it at the hotel-just drop off your head!!!!!! They keep an eye on safety, they take you to a place where wolves are afraid to poop, but it's worth it.

The administrators , Ilonna and Nana, are professionals !!! The room is magnificent, there is EVERYTHING. Maintenance and cleaning :- quality and immaculacy, the maids are very cultured and polite. All rooms have a sea view !!!, which is 200 meters from the hotel!!! The food in the hotel's dining room is good, there is a market (bazaar) and a 24-hour bakery nearby!!!
