We stayed at this hotel from October 7 to October 16. I really liked the hotel, especially since the Acre and Acre hotels have a common infrastructure. Excellent service and attention to guests. If you need a quiet and relaxing holiday, but at the same time the opportunity to walk along the Turkish streets and sit with the locals in outdoor cafes- you are definitely here. They have a huge SPA complex, an excellent gym, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor pools with a good relaxation area. A huge advantage is the organization of towel delivery: here they are on the shelves and you take them as much as you need and change them as often as necessary- no cards or controls. Meals are served according to the breakfast-dinner system. We had enough, because the food is very good. There were hotels with a large selection, but you won't stay hungry - there are meat and fish, cheeses, nuts, fruits, vegetables for every taste.… The hotel is located within the city- and here the entire coastal area is rocky, but the descent is convenient: you can train yourself and go down the stairs, or you can take the elevator directly to the beach. The beach area on the rocks is filled with a concrete platform, swimming from the pier. It's deep right away, so it's better not to come here with the children. The Acra Hotel has 5-star levels and lots of people, but in Acra V everything is quiet, like in a country house. Within walking distance of a supermarket, pharmacies, the old town, shopping centers. Both beach and city holidays in one place.

A wonderful hotel with the opportunity to use all the infrastructure of a large acre across the street: swimming pools, beach, tennis, restaurants and jazz in the evenings. Nearby is a very pleasant cafe Baska Ol: with a bookstore, records, bicycles. We walked to the old town and the Dudensky Waterfall.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, ready to help the guests in any matter. We had a rest with a pet, a small dog, and brought a cot and bowls to the room upon check-in. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. The breakfasts in the nearby cafe are very tasty. The rest was great!

I really liked the hotel, the staff are very nice and pleasant. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. It's clean, they clean every day and bring water/tea/coffee. Yes, the renovation is stale, but overall I was thrilled to stay here. All the entertainment, food and beach at the hotel are across the street. The food is incredibly tasty and varied, it's not just a buffet, it's a restaurant-level buffet. If it didn't cost so much to stay here, I would like to stay here at all.

The hotel is located across the street from the Akra hotel, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, but there were nuances during the stay, a couple of cups of tea are supposed to be in the room, so they were taken away without replacing the dishes with clean ones, I had to ask them again to bring pillows on which they slept-for some reason they were replaced with others (more tough, although they didn't ask for it) on the last day.Well, it still feels like this hotel has nothing to do with the main hotel, as if you don't live in the Akra network, but in general in another place, my personal opinion.You can go to the main hotel for breakfast, visit everything else as well.By the way, the rooms do not differ in style in both hotels.

Great hotel. The sound insulation is excellent, the cleaning is excellent, you can order room service. It is located across the street from the beach, you can cross the bridge, you can run across the road. All the amenities of akra 5* are available. On the beach and by the pools, you can order food and drinks from the restaurant or from the waiter, the food is excellent.

The hotel is old and in need of renovation, especially the lobby at the entrance. The room is large, and there is a great large terrace. The staff is polite and loyal to the residents. The entire infrastructure of the 5-star Hotel is across the street. The area is calm. modern buildings, lots of shops, restaurants, ATMs.

Yes, in order to use the services of a restaurant, swimming pool, gym, you need to cross the road on the bridge, but it's not far to go, and the food is delicious and the heated pool)) The only thing is that there were berries with mold in the restaurant several times ((this, of course, is unpleasant, and spoils the overall picture a little. As well as the fact that the staff is not friendly, not responsive and does not seem happy that you are staying with them. Questions, of course, will be answered, but without clarification, without a desire to help. In general, it's worth the money, although there are some nuances.

A spouse with children stayed. Apart from the unfriendly staff, with the exception of two people, they liked everything very much. We took a room with two meals a day (breakfast + lunch or dinner). We came to a restaurant for dinner, but they did not notice that the second meal was included. I had to wait until they figured it out. It seems that you need to find out carefully first before saying that you will not be fed.

I rested for 12 days in October 2020 . Nice, clean rooms (the room was under the roof, a gorgeous shower with strong pressure . There were no problems with plumbing. The food is not bad, but not wow either. But this is a calm 4 or 5 (according to various sources). Terrible coffee and fresh bread.juice is paid. There were themed dinners often.I would like to see more active and diverse animation, more interesting evening programs. The beach is not bad and it is a pleasure to walk to it. There is a shuttle. I didn't use the neighboring acre, although I can. A small but nice one pool. If we compare it with the other hotel of this year (2022), the same category, then this one is a million times better.

By the way, the walls are also dirty, stained and stained. The dust has not been wiped anywhere, apparently since the construction of the hotel, but it was built a long time ago! The 2nd prize is the biggest difference between photos and reviews-ratings and what you will see upon arrival. I don't know where people who gave him good grades used to stay. The 3rd prize is the most missing service. Well, it just doesn't exist. The advantages of this hotel: excellent breakfasts in a large 5* Akra and there is also a beach and swimming pools. And the nearby hotel cafe Baska ol is a pleasant space with books, bicycles, a designer store, desserts and drinks.
