We were guests who came to the pool and did not rent a house. It turns out that there is no entrance to the SPA from the pool side, or it is unnoticeable, which the pool staff is not aware of. You need to make your way along the paths without signs until you get there...Here it turns out that in order to find out about the procedures and pay, you need to decently go down to the reception of the recreation area itself, where incompetent employees will clarify the procedures and the possibility of recording with the same SPA salon through poor-quality communication. I have not seen such a lack of basic service and convenience for customers for a long time.
There are no complaints about the procedures themselves in the SPA salon - friendly staff, very clean, do the procedures with a soul. But something clearly needs to be done with the service in this recreation area.

Были в субботу 19.11.22 дорога ужасно все раскопали снег не убирали мы хот на джипе были всё равно бампера цепляться за такие цены могли бы и дорогу почистить по телефону сказали всё отлично так что кто едет туда выесняите дорогу там крутые повороты будет осторожны при спуске удачи всем
