This is a great hotel. We chose and stayed at this hotel for a long time, and never regretted it. Kind, warm relations to each guest. Sociable and respectful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's especially nice that absolutely all the linen has the hotel logo. Usually only towels and a bathrobe, and then bed linen with a logo. Delicious breakfasts. Fragrant tea can be drunk at any time during the day, on the cozy veranda and absolutely free of charge. The air conditioning system in the rooms is excellent.
Thanks to the staff and the manager for their kindness and responsiveness. If I come again, I will definitely stay here.

We had a rest in May. A great place to relax. The location is great, there is everything nearby to eat, take a walk, and see the sights. The rooms are clean, cleaning and changing of towels every day. Water, tea, and sugar are provided in the room. And what a gorgeous breakfast buffet, it's just a delight. The guys at the reception are great, they prompt, explain, help in everything. In general, everything is cool. I recommend it!!!

Nice hotel, close to the center. To the embankment - 15 minutes at a calm pace. A delicious variety of breakfasts, instant coffee is offered. The rooms are cleaned every day. Polite guys at the reception.

There were 10 people in the company in June 2024. We have booked 7 rooms. Two rooms faced the street. In one of them there was a huge (full-length) broken double-glazed window with fallen out panes. When they asked to replace the number, they refused us, they said that they had it for a long time, and there was nothing terrible about it. The rest of the rooms (we got five rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors) overlook the wall with hoods from the kitchen and the air conditioning system of the neighboring hotel. The distance to them is 2 meters. These rooms are completely dark even during the day.
There are no photos of bathrooms on the hotel's website. Toilets are swinging in half of the bathrooms. The shells are broken (all in cracks).
The air conditioning system is common. It is not possible to debug the air conditioner in your room at a certain temperature.
The breakfast is ordinary. Coffee beans for an additional fee. The quality of this coffee is just TERRIBLE. But what just shocked me was that the waiter charged more for the coffee ordered at breakfast than the same coffee costs in the same cafe when it is open during the day. They refused to show me the price list for coffee at breakfast.
The hotel is listed on the website of tour operators and the hotel is rated as 4 stars. This is a complete lie!!! The hotel does not have a star rating certificate, they could not provide it to me even upon request through a tour operator.
By the way, there is no star rating on the hotel sign either. Moreover, the hotel cannot have a 4-star category, because it does not even have a lobby. Not to mention the conference room, luggage room, ironing supplies (they brought an iron, said there was no board, iron on the bed) and other additional services.
The hotel smells of tobacco. In the hotel cafe (this is the breakfast room), they smoke in the evenings without hesitation. Including the hotel staff.
The rooms are small. Two people are having a hard time separating.
Do not spoil your impression of Baku, do not stay at this hotel in any case.

Cozy rooms, not bad breakfasts, good location on the street with old buildings: within walking distance of the Green Market, coffee shops, banks, metro station "May 28", boulevard, embankment. Very friendly young people at the reception helped to resolve issues with our travel agency. At lunchtime, you can have a snack at the bar is not expensive.

Great hotel. Nice, comfortable rooms. Friendly attitude towards guests. Russian-speaking staff. Delicious breakfasts. Near the center. The embankment is just around the corner. There is a large shopping center nearby. I recommend it to everyone.

Good location, close to the central part of the city (10-15 minutes on foot). The hotel is relatively new, nice rooms. There is practically no view from the rooms, only from some rooms the windows overlook the street, the rest overlook the courtyard and the wall of the neighboring building. A fairly average buffet breakfast. The hotel is allowed to smoke on the stairs because of this very often the smell of smoke in the room.
