A wonderful restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised on many points: decent service, a varied menu, a cozy interior, a clean modern bathroom (there is also a bidet for feet). There were even dishes for vegetarians on the menu: samsa and manti with pumpkin, kutabs with greens, vegetarian beshbarmak with beans, cream soup with broccoli. The selection of dishes, drinks and desserts is really great. The frappe and orange honey cake were excellent. The staff is tactful and attentive. Price tags do not bite, while there is no service charge in principle... As a result, I recommend the restaurant unconditionally.

Only beshbarmak ate here, but everyone praises the chef for other dishes, salads. As for beshbarmak, it is delicious, very, meat is enough, when ordering takeaway (or delivery), a beautiful clay lagan / lagan with the Aksu logo as a gift. Before visiting and ordering beshbarmak, keep in mind the fact that the dish has an accumulating salting effect, the more you eat, the more salty it seems to you (be sure to drink Chartak or Borjomi after if you are not well).

The author's restaurant of Central Asian cuisine from the famous Uzbek chef Bakhritdin Chusti. Loft-style decoration with elements of oriental flavor. There are many horse meat dishes on the menu, mainly various versions of beshbarmak and shipildok. Uighur and Kyrgyz Kazakh national food are also widely represented. The waiting time is at least 20 minutes, as the dishes are prepared individually. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited, koumiss and ayran are on the menu. The quality of the dishes is not bad, the check is somewhat overstated. Foreigners, non-Muslims and Europeans will be uncomfortable there, the religious atmosphere is a bit "oppressive". The staff is helpful and attentive.
