The Aksu restaurant is located in a pleasant location of the city on the second floor of the Masterpiece shopping center. We often passed by, always assuming that this was a Uighur cuisine restaurant, but it turned out that Turkish cuisine was also being prepared. At the entrance, we were greeted by a pleasant hostess girl, who later turned out to be the cashier. The restaurant turned out to be very large, with several halls, beautiful booths and even a Playground for young children, I think up to 8 years old. The first impression was quite positive, we were seated at a comfortable table overlooking Navoi Avenue. Beautiful interior, decorative plants, furniture create the atmosphere of an expensive place. The waiter was very polite and served the menu, from which we learned that the restaurant was founded by Uzbek chef Chusti. I hadn't heard of it, but it was very pretentiously painted. Well, we tried the dishes. Tea was brought very quickly and Caesar salad was immediately served, as if he was waiting for us) I didn't like the salad, there are a lot of iceberg leaves, 1 (one!) quail egg, divided in half, 2 cherry tomatoes. There were also few chickens. It doesn't justify its price, I think. The break between salad and dishes was delayed, but within the limits of patience) The Lagman was delicious, the dough was a little harsh, it was for an amateur. The potatoes with kebabs were delicious, but after the cabbage soup, oh! I didn't finish the Caesar salad) The overall impression of the restaurant: I would have made a note of it. But there is a sense of economy, probably because there are no people, there were only 3 tables occupied in the huge restaurant. I would advise you to actively launch an advertisement and invite a blogger. The location is great. A separate plus is the opportunity to bring alcohol and cake to your events. I'll note what I pay attention to everywhere: when paying with a card, they didn't give me a check, although I pulled my pens for it)))

As elsewhere in Uzbekistan, super resistant and strong diffusers are used in public places. And there is a smell in this place that distracts from the smell of food. As everywhere else in Uzbekistan, catering companies charge you from 15-25% for service-I think this is unfair. Sometimes the service and the quality of the food don't deserve to be paid these percentages. Here we ate for 300 thousand and please give 20% for what it is not clear. The food was delicious and beshbarmak was ordered.

Out of respect for Bahriddin's countryman, Chusti often visited this institution, but today he decided never to visit it again. There are no questions about the kitchen. But the service is disgusting! Today I was driving from the other side of the city, I ordered only tea, bread and mastava. Tea was served, but I waited exactly an hour for the rest, getting into a position where Iftar could be a lot of orders. But during this time, the tables nearby had time to eat and leave. Two waiters served, 6-7 tables in total. We ran back and forth, confusing orders. They walked past me about twenty times, my table was empty, just the menu and tea. They didn't even ask if everything was okay. I was billed for everything at the checkout, and when they found out that I hadn't received my order, the receptionist started berating the waiter in front of me. Which doesn't suit the ethics of catering at all. My advice to Bahriddin aka and co-founders of the restaurant. Hire an experienced manager who will improve the service and teach you what ticket time is. Right now, the service level doesn't even reach a diner)))
