Сначала они вам говорят, что вы получаете квартиру с видом на парк и построено между ничего не будет. Потом они лепят между вами и парком ещё новостройки. Качество, кстати, весьма бюджетное-отвратная шумоизоляция, дешёвая плитка. Не советую.
