The condition of the entrances is good
The elevators are in a dead state
, 2 out of 4 elevators are working
There are problems with balconies and elevators in all blocks
Elevators often do not work (especially in block 2 and 3)
Bricks are visible in all Blocks due to the fact that the facing tiles have fallen
And if you look into the courtyard and outside the shopping center, you can see that the granite tiles are in terrible condition and the tiles of the staircases of the entrance are also not in the best condition
And inside the entrance there is beauty and cleanliness

In winter, there is a draft and whistling in all blocks in the entrances
