We contacted this company for refilling the column and maintenance of the cleaning system. Water analysis was provided, only 1 indicator was exceeded - iron. The manager very insistently offered to make water softening, although it was not required according to the analysis from the laboratory. As a result, I paid more than 1200 rubles. 2 weeks have passed and the water was still rusty. My hands turn black from washing dishes, black stains on the plumbing. The cleaning system is not working. The girl manager suggested that we start the regeneration ourselves. We do not want to do this, because we do not have the appropriate competence. She offered the installer's departure for 40 rubles, referring to the fact that we may not have salt or the sewer is clogged. I can't understand how it's clogged up if, excuse me, we use the toilet and everything floats away somewhere. Then, during regeneration, I suggested shutting off the water supply, ostensibly to exclude mixing, but excuse me, we have regeneration from 2 to 3 at night, do I need to put a bed in the basement next to the cleaning so that the faucet is turned off every night?! There was an opinion that a person does not understand cleaning issues at all, the filling was not suitable, which is why the water is not cleaned. And no one wants to eliminate it. I do not recommend anyone to contact this company, because people are completely incompetent.
