Nice, clean standard hotel. Convenient location, especially for people by car- close to the center and from the district. Friendly staff, good restaurant, but if you want more, then there is a better place nearby (5 minutes on foot), five minutes to the water park.

We visited this place for the first time in 2018, liked everything and decided to return. But in 2024, the impressions were very negative!!! The staff at the hotel treats the residents negatively. At the reception at the hotel, they behave like this: "why did you bother us with your check-in", the same attitude is in the restaurant at the hotel. After the water park, we came to eat, ordered food and after 30 minutes found out that I couldn't cook this dish because there was no fish steak available. I had to wait another 30 minutes to prepare a new order!!! At the water park, the staff does not know how to get from the spa area to the children's area! "my hut is on the edge, I don't know anything." A lot of flashlights don't work, the mosaic popped out on the floor and you can cut your legs on it, the lids are broken in the toilet, the hair dryers don't work, and at the checkout you can only take a couple of hair dryers for such a large number of visitors. The cherry on the cake turned out to be the theft of slate!

We visited Aquaminsk for the New Year holidays with our family. Overall, the impression is good, but there were some disadvantages. 1-a very long check-in, we stood for 40 minutes, tired from the road. 2-there were queues at the water park again, there are no benefits for hotel guests, the SPA needs to be paid for separately, just standing in line to check in, note in the queue at the water park, then in the queues at the slides, as a result, of course, we paid for the SPA, but in fact we spent 20-30 minutes there. 3-breakfast for 3 The tea was only black, there wasn't even green, the pancakes with cheese and ham were served with condensed milk for something, and the names of the dishes weren't signed anywhere, so we poured jam over the pancakes. 4-and at the end of the eviction, the maid came and counted towels, cups, plates. 5-in the bathroom, the washbasins are located very far away, it is not convenient to wash at all, and the mirror is hanging very high, it is not clear who it is designed for, my height is 160!cm
