I handed over two carpets: high-pile from the hall, on which the dog had chewed a black cosmetic pencil, and from the kitchen, greasy, so that even the drawing could not be seen....... There was one large stain and several small ones from the pencil..... So, the big ones were taken out, but the small ones felt like they hadn't even seen them, so they were returned with them. When I asked how, they told me to come and check on the cameras that the carpet was being cleaned... I don't deny that they cleaned it, but you can only see where you saw it. If the stain doesn't wash out, then call and tell me, or when you give it back, let me know. But no! They gave it all, and then they won't achieve anything! On the second carpet, the grease has been washed, the pattern is visible again- no questions asked, well done (but it's not big) Upon delivery, they promise to call back in half an hour and no calls. I do not recommend this cleaning, as the job is not 100% done.

It's terrible, I don't advise you to take the word away at all! We were warned that we had a white carpet with lint, we were told that there were no problems! The courier said 5-10 workers, 10-15 are indicated on the receipt. On the 9th day, we called and warned that in a couple of days we would go on vacation for 2 weeks to clarify whether we would be brought before departure or after. The girl said that we would bring her back before the vacation without any problems. The day before I left, when I dialed, the same girl said that she did not remember such a conversation. As a result, the carpet was brought after the vacation at 00.15 at night. The carpet is covered in yellow streaks and is no longer fluffy. They returned it for alteration , and 12 days later they brought the same yellow one with streaks. We talked with the director, she said that they would redo it and return the money. As a result, 1.5 months later, the carpet was brought more or less white, but crooked and stretched. I really do not recommend this office!

The quality of the washing is disgusting. The carpet was not washed, although it was not heavily soiled. They were delivered later than the agreed deadlines. Moreover, they were brought not dried and with a terrible smell of dampness.
