Thank you, Natalia!) I think that all administrators deserve a compliment, but especially Ekaterina: a person in her place is a very attentive and positive girl)...I love coming on her shift) Everyone is talking about the view from the window - this is certainly a plus. A coffee point with cappuccino, water and protein is also a "credit". And clean. Everything is clean, both in the gym and in the locker room, which is also an important point. I was at a trial training session on July 27. A spacious, bright room with a variety of equipment, which is a pleasure to work on. Between sets, it's nice to go out on the terrace (photo attached) and get some fresh air or even take an iron and train there - this is the first time I've seen this. Ekaterina, the receptionist, made a particularly positive impression. She was a sweet, smiling and very beautiful girl who kindly told and showed everything. Talking to her just improves your mood for the whole day!)

Favorite room next to the house with amazing views from the window. I like the coach, the atmosphere, you don't have to take towels with you - the receptionist will always give you both a large and a small towel. The air conditioners are working, there is air in the hall! The coaches are very cool and the atmosphere is wow. But there are small disadvantages that periodically spoil the impression of a beautiful hall.: 1. Small lockers in the locker rooms and a very small space. If there are a lot of people, it is very uncomfortable to change clothes. 2. The group training room is a common room. Therefore, often during group classes, personal classes are held with trainers nearby. It's not always comfortable, especially when yoga classes are held and silence is needed. 3. I would really like to replace the old equipment - kettlebells, dumbbells, rubber bands, mats (with denser and wider ones). In general, I love the gym and come here often, thank you for the atmosphere of the creators and the staff!

I visited this gym on Sunday. Everything is very good. There's plenty of room, exercise equipment, and pancakes, too. The changing rooms are clean, there is deodorant and hygiene products, 2 towels are provided. The toilet is in a normal clean condition, which is important for such places. An unobtrusive piece of music is playing. All simulators are in good working order. There is a place to shake, pull up, beat the pear, a large and diverse cardio zone. Great room, calm, neat, customer-oriented. If you look for something to complain about, you won't find any charging points for mobile phones, although they usually exist in halls of this level. There is even a heart rate and blood oxygen meter in the hall, and there are many places with drinking water. Also, the management or the administrator of the gym seems to be very strict with the cleaner, she periodically walks and picks up specks from the floor or wipes the simulator once an hour, which, I think, is already too much. In short, it's a great room to be in.

Clean, compact, friendly staff. There is no place for stretching, or exercises with a mat, most often at a time convenient for me, the hall is occupied by groups. But, there is a beautiful balcony, in warm weather it is a pleasure to stretch out there! Very small lockers, in only one of the shower cabins the diffuser works well, in the rest it hits you with greasy jets, shower gel is one for all showers, but there are hygienic discs and a bottle with a demakage. To my question about what is available from the food, she said that we must wait! In general, it was very unpleasant and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. When making the payment, she did not name the purchase amount and did not issue a receipt, that is, she could easily dial any amount. I hope the management will be able to influence this girl. A lot of unnecessary exercise equipment and little space. Alone!horizontal bench for bench press, near the dumbbell row there is a place for one and a half people. There are only three benches for the entire gym, but there are a lot of rare leg and chest simulators that no one uses. Weak ventilation in the gym, one of the smallest locker rooms that I have seen. The coaches in the gym don't know what it is to clean up weights and dumbbells. Total: the price/quality ratio is lower than the baseboard.

The simulators are modern, but that's where all the advantages end. They stand very close to each other, the room is cramped, ventilation / air conditioning cannot cope, as a result, it is stuffy and humidity is high (near the forest and the river), the light is turned on late, and in some places it is not turned on at all - this somehow does not fit with the claim for premium. By the way, the subscription price is premium! The locker room is just obscenely cramped, the lockers are narrow. Actually, it was for these reasons that I left this hall twice. I thought something had changed, but no, I'll have to leave for the third time. The cherry on the cake is 30 minutes before the end of working hours, the instructor defiantly passes by turning off all the simulators, lights and ventilation, showing that it's time for everyone to finish. Well, very customer-oriented. When I was there, the person had to turn on the treadmill himself. Even in smelly basement rocking chairs they don't allow themselves to do this!
