At 17.50 on 17.09.25 I came to pick it up, and they told me: the skirt was returned without rendering the service, although the dry cleaning icon is on the label. They didn't explain the reason, they don't know. They said they called me , but I was supposedly unavailable. This couldn't be happening. They began to figure it out, it turned out that they had written down the wrong number in their notebook, although the correct one was indicated on the receipt. It was not possible to find out the reason why they were being returned without providing the service, I called the center. office, although I assume from the reviews: the skirt is expensive, thin knitwear, France. At the time of acceptance, 60 percent wear was immediately indicated, although the skirt was worn once, it was practically new, and 50 percent of the wear was fixed. It seems that the dry cleaner is not sure about the quality of the services provided, and the thing is expensive, we decided not to risk it, I have no other options. It turns out that it's not serious at all, I think dealing with such dry cleaning is a big risk. I don't recommend it.

I read reviews about this dry cleaner, I doubted whether it was worth giving things away, at my own risk I gave it and did not regret it! I took my winter coat for cleaning, I took it away today (they did it very quickly), it's like new! I was a little scared by the warning sheet about possible damage (whitewashing, cracks, discoloration, etc.), but everything is in place, nothing was damaged, all the inscriptions and fittings are in perfect order. I strongly advise against this dry cleaning, tactless attitude to customers at the reception. I handed in a jacket with one contamination all over the jacket, and a week later they tried to return it half-cleaned with additional contamination. They sent it to be cleaned up and for some reason the spots were cleared, which they told me at the reception: well, it's okay, it's going to rain, it won't be noticeable. If you take the money and promise high-quality work, then please do it conscientiously! Anyway, when I took the jacket away, I noticed a few more stains that just hadn't been cleaned. I decided to stop by and clean up somewhere else, paid for services that did not meet the promises under the contract, and decided to forget this place and never return there. And yes, they really put wear on new things -30%, scuffs, creases, and other defects (on paper) in order to protect themselves from damage.
