09/12/25 I took the skirt to the dry cleaners (Cosmonauts 28 reception point ), due on 09/17/25. , order N2566 . At 17.50 on 17.09.25 I came to pick it up, and they told me: the skirt was returned without rendering the service, although the dry cleaning icon is on the label. They didn't explain the reason, they don't know. They said they called me , but I was supposedly unavailable. This couldn't be happening. They began to figure it out, it turned out that they had written down the wrong number in their notebook, although the correct one was indicated on the receipt. It was not possible to find out the reason why they were being returned without providing the service, I called the center. office, although I assume from the reviews: the skirt is expensive, thin knitwear, France. At the time of acceptance, 60 percent wear was immediately indicated, although the skirt was worn once, it was practically new, and 50 percent of the wear was fixed. It seems that the dry cleaner is not sure about the quality of the services provided, and the thing is expensive, we decided not to risk it, I have no other options. It turns out that it's not serious at all, I think dealing with such dry cleaning is a big risk. I don't recommend it.

I strongly advise against this dry cleaning, tactless attitude to customers at the reception. I handed in a jacket with one contamination all over the jacket, and a week later they tried to return it half-cleaned with additional contamination. They sent it to be cleaned up and for some reason the spots were cleared, which they told me at the reception: well, it's okay, it's going to rain, it won't be noticeable. If you take the money and promise high-quality work, then please do it conscientiously! Anyway, when I took the jacket away, I noticed a few more stains that just hadn't been cleaned. I decided to stop by and clean up somewhere else, paid for services that did not meet the promises under the contract, and decided to forget this place and never return there. And yes, they really put wear on new things -30%, scuffs, creases, and other defects (on paper) in order to protect themselves from damage.

I do not recommend this dry cleaning service. I brought 2 plush light jackets, and the dress was white, the dress was slightly polluted with earth, it was cleaned, (and then, small impurities were still slightly visible, but not very noticeable) on the jackets: blue smudges / the color of the metal fasteners with large spots, they answered that in the warning it was written what is Maybe. I gave 2 coats to this dry cleaner. One had dried champagne stains on it. They warned in advance that ordinary cleaning is most likely not enough and you will have to wash it. I wrote a receipt, at my own risk, that I have no objection. And I did not lose. I took a perfectly clean coat without any traces of old stains. I am 100% satisfied with the dry cleaning%

I rented a winter jacket for an aqua park. Pros: All the dirt has been removed, the jacket is as good as new. Cons: Before handing over the jacket, I asked the employee if it was worth removing the hood with faux fur. The hood wasn't dirty, and I was worried about the fur. I was told that the hood does not need to be removed. As a result, the fur on the hood fell off and lost its original appearance. I think I should have been advised to take off my hood with fur, or at least warned about the consequences.

The dry cleaning at Gerasimenko str., 28 is terrible. Carefully monitor the assessment of the condition of your belongings, otherwise everything goes as 30% by default. I handed over a hooded jacket for washing, insulated (almost new) without seam divergence. We issued 30% - when placing an order, we covered the place with our hand where the condition of the item is indicated. On the day of receiving the order, my jacket was not given out, saying that it was not there yet. I went the next day - the jacket was washed, but the seams on the hood almost completely spread out, holes formed about 15 cm and the sintepon came out. They refused to refund the payment for the service, they and the accountant do not know what a copy of the receipt is.

I do not recommend it. For almost new items without damage, a wear rate of 30 percent is issued and an indication "there are damage to the fittings, scratches, deformation", allegedly this is exactly how much should be put. The washing is satisfactory, one thing spoils things - seam discrepancies and holes are formed. They take the check away supposedly to look at it, but then they don't give it back. The request to return the receipt or issue a copy of the receipt is refused. Therefore, if you want to take the thing to this dry cleaner, take a video of your thing there in front of the workers in detail, while saying exactly what damage there is, check the degree of wear of the thing specified in the order.
