People, don't hand over your stuff here!!! They will be ruined 100%. I handed over an expensive coat 10 days ago. I took it away today. That's horrible... Bald on both sides, the polyester is not dried, everything is knocked down in lumps!!! It's good that at least there are no holes!!!
The employee answers very calmly-if you are not satisfied with something, you can do an examination... Probably tells everyone so, so hence the calmness!
About the fact that the product is not dry - she replied to me that it was a wet package in which it was brought!!!
Everything is wet inside, it feels!!!
For the first time I took my coat to the dry cleaners, I bought it this winter. She tells me-so your type was knocked down, I say how he was knocked down, if I never had it washed!!!
I did not have time to put it on to look in the mirror-sign quickly!!! There is not enough evil! They ticked off the documents, and then they tell me that it was so!!!

They ruined a new twist!!! They handed over to remove stains on the collar of a winter jacket. I did not want to spoil an expensive thing bought 2 months ago (!!!) by regular washing in the machine at home, so that the material inside would not get lost. As a result, the twist was returned in a terrible state! On one cm of the jacket there is a sintepon bulge, on the next 5 cm there is just a fabric immediately adjacent to the body!!! And so the whole jacket is without exception! There was no way to level the material inside. Dry cleaning staff so calmly give things to customers, as if they themselves began to wear it. Now it can only be THROWN IN the TRASH, because it no longer performs any functions, and visually it causes only terrible anger and tears!

We handed over an expensive autumn-winter jacket (the jacket was at that time without cramping, not torn or scratched). On the day of issue, I was horrified, the jacket was all covered in lumps, in some kind of wool and smelled of detergent, but the worst thing they did was scratch the jacket near the lock! We went to figure it out, the receptionist assured us that this would not happen again and we would redo everything differently, and I believed and handed over the jacket again! For the second time on the day of issue- it was a control shot, the sleeves of the jacket were again in severe cramps and the most terrible thing was that they tore the pocket! When I showed the receptionist, she said that it happened by accident, they are not to blame, so the machine washes, we are not responsible for it! The conclusion is this: they returned my money and a battered jacket!!!!! I will not take expensive things to this dry cleaner anymore!

Terrible dry cleaning. No matter how many things I handed over (2 jackets and 1 coat), they always returned with divorces. And yesterday I took the children's costume - it's terrible. The glue-pencil stains could not be removed, but the worst thing is that these spots have become even whiter and more visible on the suit. It's terrible, to be honest. It was bad, it got worse.

It is very strange that things are washed in the washing machine at the dry cleaners. They handed over an old winter jacket to clean, everything was washed off, but the sintepon inside got lost and broke into small pieces. I won't mock my things like that anymore. Dry cleaning does not involve washing in a washing machine, and the laws of logic do not work here. For the price of 40 rubles, I think it's expensive for a winter jacket, for such a thing. Horror. If you wash things in the washing machine, then call yourself "laundry", and dry cleaning is not your word.
