The quality of the dry cleaning is disgusting. The same applies to customers. We dry-cleaned an almost new winter jacket without any special contamination. As a result, we got a torn and melted lining (that is, we can't wear it anymore, only in the trash). When handing out the product, the receptionist tried to wrap the jacket so that the defects would not be visible. And when these defects were pointed out, she didn't even apologize, she said that it often happens and she warned (although she didn't really warn). The answer to the entry in the book of complaints and suggestions was that it was due to the poor quality of the product (although the jacket had previously been cleaned at another dry cleaner and everything was in order). Naturally, neither the amount for the service nor the jacket itself was returned :( Later, after everything that happened, we looked at the receipt that the dry cleaner filled out at the time of acceptance, and we were very surprised: it indicated that the degree of contamination was very severe (there was not a speck on the jacket, it only needed to be refreshed), the degree of wear indicated 50% (although the condition was almost new), and to top it off, it indicated that the customer has been warned about possible damage to the product (there was not a word about this at all). So I recommend reading the receipt very carefully when taking the product to the dry cleaner, especially THIS ONE:(

I gave a large cotton bedspread to the dry cleaner (it is difficult to wash and dry at home), they returned it even dirtier and with a disgusting smell. I had to ventilate the whole apartment... they took it away for cleaning again, the bedspread was fresher, of course, but the organic stains still remained.
