We arrived, we were greeted, checked in, and given a three-bed room, although there are two of us. The bed towels are all clean, the room itself is clean. Everything is fine, there is a balcony where it is pleasant to sit down in the evening to get some fresh air. Views from the balcony to the mountains of fire. Without any problems, she asked us to replace the towels and they gave us clean ones without talking. There is also a kitchen for cooking, great friendly people work here. Yes, sometimes the water is turned off for a while, but there are always bottles of water that you can use. It's not a problem. As it is, we like everything. Once again, I am convinced that it is better not to read reviews. Everyone has their own opinion.

We had a rest at the Aquarelle Guest House from August 5 to August 15, 2025. Everything went great! At first, I read negative, fresh reviews and was even afraid to go. But, friends, I will say this, that you are not eating in a five-star hotel (and the price would be different there). The rooms are clean and cozy. Kristina, the administrator, always got into the situation and did her best. The maid Alesya is such a smart girl. What you don't ask for, he will also tell, prompt, and remove. We also contacted Evgeny, who works there (the light bulb in the room burned out). Everything has been replaced. I also helped set up the TV. Very helpful guys!They work for thirty rooms and everyone needs something, and besides that they have cleaning and organizational issues... They wrote about smoking here, so that's it... I am a smoker and it was important for me to go out on my balcony and smoke. Moreover, the website states that you can smoke (read carefully). About water outages: the devil is not as terrible as they say... The interruptions were only for a couple of days and then for a few hours (but these are questions for the administration of Gagra), Kristina solved this problem as well. Yes, there is a tank where the water on duty is poured, but we people like to pour it without hesitation. Bed linen, towels, additional cleaning in the room... Well, come and ask, they'll always meet you. Once again, this is not a 5-star hotel! You can also throw out the trash behind you once again. As for the location, everything is within walking distance. Sea, dining room, market, shops. My son and I took a slightly longer route on purpose so that we could buy everything on the way back. We had a rest there from 5 to 14 September. To be honest, I don't even want to put a unit.... number 9, the standard, for a fabulous sum, which was provided to us, and you can't even call it a number. So, a utility room, a storeroom 4 * 4, if not less. A small double bed, a micro bedside table and a small double-leaf wardrobe with 4 hangers inside, this is a double room, if anything... The bed is right next to the window, there is no way to get through there. When you get out of bed, there's a bathroom door in front of you that you can reach with your hand. The constant smell of sewage made me unwilling to enter the room. There was a declared TV that was constantly not working, or one thing was working, or sound, or image, so that they would not relax The Wi-Fi doesn't catch the word at all, in the room. There was no sign of a balcony. There is a refrigerator in the hallway shared by 4 rooms, which is constantly buzzing at night because it stands directly against the wall of our room. There is simply nothing to do in the evenings in bad weather. If you also consider that the TV is not showing and there is no connection. I had to buy a local expensive connection for the duration of my stay in the house. It's a long way to the sea. And Hades is kind of squalid on the road, fences, fences, construction sites...I travel a lot, and this is not the first time in Abkhazia. But it's the worst place I've ever seen. Even units are a lot for this guest house
