Before I started doing oriental dancing, I visited several studios and chose this one. Why? Because I liked coach Lana. She talks about every movement that we perform in training (this is Turkish style, this is Egyptian, and this is classic). In addition, she knows the history of the origin of each dance, the peculiarities of the styles of famous dancers in the Arab world. And then it turned out that she speaks Arabic and is an Arab-Muslim cultural critic. Plus, she is engaged not for a while, but for the result. Classes are 1.5 hours long, but they may be delayed. In other studios, everything is very clear - the lesson is 1 hour, everyone finished everything, got dressed and left, despite the fact that not everything was completed and completed.
In general, you learn beautiful dance in the classroom and learn the culture of this dance. And you understand every move you make, where it comes from and what it means.
I'm really very happy.
LANA, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
