Very dirty rooms and blanket mattress pillows. The child could not sleep, someone was biting all night in bed and everyone was itching. Dirt under the bed linen is all dirty. The sewer is clogged with requests to clean no one responds. It's just awful to be here. They do not make a refund, no matter how we explain that we cannot live in such conditions. The smell in the room is specific and does not fade.
