Everything is fine at the hotel. I would like to have more choice for breakfast, and instead of margarine, I need butter. The staff is friendly, helpful, everything is in the room. The location is not very good: the Windows overlook an old building without Windows, apparently repairs, dust. The area is deserted, unlit in the evenings, accessible only by taxi.

After many years of life, we came to Shymkent.And I was looking for a hotel.And I found Orleu.And we really liked this hotel, everything was at the highest level and the staff was very friendly and the room we stayed in was super, even in Almaty there are no such hotels and there are no such prices.We were very satisfied.We are thinking of coming to this city soon, too, and I will definitely come to spend the night at your hotel.And I will recommend it to everyone.

I liked the hotel, the small rooms are very clean. The staff responded instantly to any request. Pillows and snow-white linen were very comfortable.

Very friendly staff, knows English. A cool room, tea and fruits were waiting for you when you checked in. 20 minutes from the airport, a shuttle service is available on request. Fast Wi-Fi in the room. I don't even know where you can find something so cool for that kind of money, and why the hotel isn't on Google maps yet.

Everything is fine, but there is not much hot for breakfast. Plus, if you check in late, as in 3-4 nights - check out at 12.00, you need to allow guests to stay at least until the evening... I asked for water, but it never came. We need to put a cooler on.
