A GOOD HOTEL FOR A RELAXING STAY!
I had a rest in the middle of March 2025.
A good hotel for reasonable money with a large beach line.
Transfer: I liked everything. We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel, the transfer was almost personal. We were driving together in a brand-new SUV. The journey took 1 hour and 40 minutes from Al Maktoum Airport (Dubai).
Life hack: Depending on traffic jams, the journey may take longer. If you want to spend less time on the road, then when booking tickets, choose the arrival airports closer to the hotel.
Check-in: everything is fine. The receptionist quickly checked into the room. She gave me a memo on the restaurant's work schedule. There is a staff who speaks Russian. Even if the staff does not speak Russian during the shift, all issues are quickly resolved with the help of an interpreter on the phone. There is wonderful high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Room: great room! I got a room with a view of the golf course. Room with a balcony. In the morning, with a cup of tea, you can enjoy the view of palm trees, listen to birds sing and watch people play golf. Spacious room, clean linen. A comfortable mattress, pillows, and a good blanket. The air conditioner cools well. There is a kettle, tea/coffee/sugar/water. A full set of towels and a dental kit. There is only a robe missing.
The bathroom renovation is "tired", but everything is in good condition.
The staff may sometimes forget to clean your room or put water on. When contacting the reception, all issues with cleaning or the things you need are quickly resolved.
Nutrition: good nutrition. I took meals according to the breakfast-dinner system. That's enough. If you take everything included, an alcohol package is also included.
The food is fresh and delicious, and there is a choice. There were always places for dinner.
Beach: a magnificent beach! the beach is wonderful, wide coastline, white sand, clean warm water. There are always sun beds. Beach towels are provided. But since there are not enough beach towels, they are given out for one room according to the number of people staying once a day.
Life hack: if you took towels in the morning and also want to go to the beach in the evening, it's better to hand over the towel only in the evening. Because you won't get them for the second time in a day.
To the beach from the hotel: 5-7 minutes on foot. You can either walk this distance or take a golf cart. Golf carts run constantly, the waiting time is no more than 10 minutes.

Almost everything was fine at the hotel. The food is delicious, the territory is beautiful, well-groomed, lots of flowers, there is a swimming pool, beach towels, friendly staff. Walking to the beach (to a 5* hotel) is just a pleasure.
I lowered the rating only for the shower in the room. It was very difficult to set the water to a comfortable temperature, it constantly jumped from hot to cold ...

The hotel is good! There are pros and cons. On the downside, not all rooms have balconies. If you want a quiet stay, ask for a room away from the pool. There is a bar where live music is played every evening after dinner. The hotel is on the second line, 7-10 minutes walk to the beach or 2 minutes by buggy. Umbrellas on the beach in the morning are not enough for everyone. After lunch, there are more chances to lie in the shade. I really liked the food! It's not very diverse, but it's delicious. You could come at the end and there was enough food without any problems. That's a minus for cleaning. Towels and bathrobes are changed daily in the room, the floor is cleaned and the bed linen has been changed a couple of times. But the stairs are dirty, and there's dust everywhere. The spilled drinks stains are not cleaned on the tiled paths in the garden. But they cut the bushes perfectly) One of the advantages is the location. There is a shopping mall not far from the hotel. There are paths for walking and running.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The staff is helpful and polite. We lived in a two-room room, there are no complaints, the plumbing is serviceable, the air conditioning is excellent, the bed has an orthopedic mattress. Exit to the terrace. There are no complaints about nutrition., delicious cheeses. Beef, tongue. Chicken..the fish is so-so. Great coffee...jelly, biscuits, fruit..pineapples, watermelons, apples, oranges..a sea of dates and nuts with raisins. We got to the beach by car, drives regularly, until late at night. High-quality alcohol.. In any quantity. Beer, tonic in cans, mineral water in glass bottles, good juices. There were not enough sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, we chose places by the pool. Of the cons.. The lack of animation, and the lack of staff in the dining room, do not have time to clean the tables, but this is not particularly critical.

We had a rest from March 17 to March 28, 2025. The beach is gorgeous. The sea is clear, azure, white sand. Very beautiful. The food is without frills, but there is enough of everything. You will not stay hungry. The staff does everything to make guests feel comfortable. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea slowly, but if you are too lazy, they will give you a ride. It's very quiet and peaceful there. I recommend it to pensioners (like my husband and I) and families with children.

A wonderful hotel! I stayed in a two-storey house, everything necessary for a comfortable stay is available. I would also like to mention the convenient location: next to the room there is a swimming pool and a restaurant where you can have a great time. Very nice quiet hotel, friendly staff, eats a lot who knows Russian. Live music every evening. Houses in the Arabic style. I was with children aged 6 and 2. We checked into a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony, one large bed and brought a small iron one. Everything was fine in the room.
For lunch and dinner, there was always beef, chicken, fish, and more. We were also satisfied with the nutrition.
Cars are taken to the beach, and you can walk. The sea is cool, there are plenty of sun beds in the morning. The towels were always great.
One of the disadvantages is that for some reason they didn't want to give the change for the tax for a long time, they had to go begging for 3 days. This slightly spoiled the impression of the hotel.
Friendly staff, always smiling, helping with children.
Overall, we enjoyed it and would like to come back again.

Nice hotel. We had a rest at the end of October. We took everything inclusive, the food was good, the food was varied. Vegetables, fruits, chicken, beef, sweets. We lived in a spacious room with a balcony. A clean beach with sun beds. There are 3 swimming pools on site. Overall very good. The only thing I took off was one star for the quality of the room cleaning. We have never changed the bed linen in 8 days. The towels were changed, but it was strange. One towel will be replaced with a new one, one dirty one will be left. There were more and less towels. This did not spoil our rest, but of course we would like to sleep on fresh linen.

The hotel is an hour's drive from Dubai Airport. On the second coastline and within walking distance to the sea. The hotel itself is small, clean, with a well-maintained territory, with one swimming pool, one restaurant and a bar.
My husband and I lived in a room with a balcony (we paid extra at the agency right away), a view of the golf course. We met the dawn in the morning. The room is clean, but it is clear that the plumbing in the bathroom is not new. Towels are only large one at a time, for the face and for the legs one for two (strange). Shampoo, shower gel, body lotion in dispensers. Cleaning and changing towels every day. The bed linen has not been changed in eight days. The bed is large and comfortable. The room also has a safe, refrigerator, kettle. Water and tea bags were replenished with sugar.
Our tour package was All inclusive. A tourist tax was paid upon check-in. It is paid according to the number of nights. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. But we communicated more through Yandex Translator. We checked in immediately upon arrival at 11 a.m. without additional payment. Immediately after settling in, we went to the sea.
How to get to the sea. You can walk along the road and then through the hotel on the first coastline. The same network, only 5*. A very beautiful hotel. Another option is that small cars constantly drive and carry tourists from 5* to 4* and back. At the reception, you say bugs, bugs, or you catch them on the way. Next, you need to walk around the hotel, take towels and go to the beach. The beach is big, there are a lot of sun beds, there was enough for everyone, but they occupied it early in the morning. In general, since 7 a.m. there are a lot of people on the beach. Everyone wants to swim before the heat. The sea is gorgeous, beautiful, very warm, there were tides, but not critical. There was always a green flag, we swam a lot.
After the sea we went to lunch. We ate (breakfast, lunch, dinner)we are almost always in the restaurant of the five. There is not much food to choose from, but it is delicious. There was always meat, chicken, fish, as there were seafood. There were not many vegetables, salads, national dishes, fruits. Fruits include apples, oranges, grapefruits, watermelon and pineapple. Everything alternated. There were desserts, but not much, we hardly ate them. In general, you will not stay hungry, but do not expect frills. The food for our taste of the island is the same. But we know that in hot countries they add spice so that the food does not spoil. Several times we were invited to breakfast in our 4* room. Everything is fine too. According to the service in the restaurant, do not expect that everyone will clean up at once, it was that they ate, but the plates were not removed or there were no appliances, but we took them ourselves, knowing where they lie. Drinks in the restaurant: tea , coffee from the vending machine or packaged, juice from the vending machine. Alcohol from 11 a.m. : vodka, whiskey, bottled wine. Beer , sprite in jars, packaged juices, cola was poured from half cups.
The top five also used bars and swimming pools. We walked all over the territory, there were no restrictions. We can safely say that we only slept in our hotel. What we liked)))
In general, we can say that the hotel is pulling for 4. But without frills!!! Our wishes are to improve the service. More attention in the restaurant, the tables to be cleaned on time, the appliances were lying. We replenished the food on time. We are not new tourists, so we enjoyed the sea and did not look for disadvantages.
On excursions . We took it from the guy who sits in the top five at the restaurant. They take everything from him. We took a safari and a sightseeing tour of Dubai.
I really liked the safari. I liked the review, but everyone ran and arrived late at night. Please specify, keep in mind. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. Not cheap.
There was one moment over the weekend.On weekends, locals like to come to this hotel and the restaurant and the entrance to the bar is blocked by security. It didn't bother us at all, because we ate in the top five.
But keep in mind that there will be a lot of cars along the entire alley.
A country hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday, without animation. BUT with a gorgeous beach and sea. That's what we were going for.

The hotel is worth the money.
Food is good, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are plentiful. I'm surprised that the local beer is quite decent (kaizer).
What was missing:
1. The gym is very sad in terms of equipment
2. The room stock is tired, needs to be updated, worn out completely

Of course, I'm not a fussy person, but this hotel immediately caused an ambiguous feeling from going to the reception. The most pleasant thing about this hotel is just a fresh renovation at the reception itself.... Our room was 357, and it was very "tired." The bathroom curtain is yellow, the plumbing is dead, the cleaning is "off" even though every day. We had an "all inclusive" option, but it was very difficult to call it that. There was only one bar in the hotel and it only worked when the dining room was not working, but it was open for a minute. Breakfast 3 hours, lunch 3 hours, dinner 3 hours, as a result, the bar closed at 19:00 and a paid bar opened for dinner!!! It's not clear what kind of system everything is included in them, ice cream and French fries with nuggets are only on request and only for children! The food was monotonous, there were more or less breakfasts. All the food is with local spices, for an amateur.... Before each meal, there was a whole queue to fill a table for themselves, because the waiters, they're bartenders, they're watchers, and someone else... just don't have time to clear the tables… The pool doesn't seem to be cleaned at all in this hotel, it's disgusting even next to the sunbed. We didn't swim there, again we went to the neighboring Residence. In order to somehow not be sad from the rest, we went to the nearby Al Harma Residence hotel (it was very difficult to do this in the heat of 38-42 degrees), sometimes a van rolling back and forth from hotel to hotel was saved. Beach towels on the first day of rest were given according to their rules (if wet, you can change them at any time). Why, apparently, another shift and other rules came in: they began to give out a towel for the whole day... anyway, I was glad that we arrived for only 4 nights, and not more....and by the way, a group transfer from Al Maktoum airport takes a little over 2 hours, if you're lucky without traffic jams. I do not recommend it anyway, in such a pricing policy you can look for a more decent hotel.

We were on the all inclusive system, there is everything from food, but if you are selective in food, it will be difficult to be full. Check in FOR FREE earlier if possible, read the terms carefully when booking or buying a tour from a tour operator. Breakfast is not included on the first day! But if you went on an excursion, have a voucher and missed meals, then you can reschedule them for the last day or take lunch boxes by booking them on the eve of the excursion. The staff is really free sometimes, but all our requests were fulfilled instantly when we contacted the reception or the staff. Therefore, learn basic English or use a translator, rather than yelling at the staff in pure Russian. When the air conditioner suddenly stopped working, we were ready to change the room, but we refused, because the master told us what to do and the air conditioner started working in 30 minutes. They also helped me deal with the noisy neighbors. This is not Turkey or Egypt, keep in mind, but considering the prices now, it's better in the UAE. We were in the off-season - early March 2025, I definitely advise you! We went to look at the Al Hamra Residence - it looks worse, but it costs much more. Wi-Fi is stable, you can even work. Room cleaning is just about changing towels and making the bed, everything else is missing. The food is solid 3, not very diverse, the rooms are large, but I was very confused by the bathroom window that looks out onto the street, it's 10 minutes to the beach, the exit is through another hotel, as always there are not enough sun beds in the season (especially when our tourists are engaged in 4 sun beds for two, they leave a towel and leave until the evening)+ a wedding was held on the beach - huge structures were erected. When checking in, there was a problem - the room 2+1, which we paid for and booked, assumes accommodation for only two people, for the child we were offered to put a mattress and bed linen on the floor. We had to pay 400 euros extra to be given a room of a better category so that we could all accommodate. This situation in this hotel is on stream, they confirm the booking of 2+1 to the tour operator, although they do not have such rooms available. This is outrageous. The room stock is certainly not the first freshness, but you can relax. The water faucet was humming wildly in the room. We stayed at the hotel on 10-16.03.25. We will not return to this hotel again. The room was dusty and dirty, they brought a towel with long female hair twice, they got dirty slippers, although they were in the package. There are problems with the water - the temperature in the shower changes dramatically, sometimes icy, sometimes boiling, it is impossible to adjust, although everything was fine in the faucet in the sink. They asked me to fix the problem, but no one did it in a week. No one cleaned up for a week, they just brought water and took out the trash. Almost every day I had to update the room card, otherwise the door simply wouldn't open (the problem is common). It's just a modern lobby, everything else is like in a boarding house in the middle of nowhere. We thought we were just unlucky, but we met the guys and they had the same thing - dirty room, water problems and a non-working room card. If that doesn't stop you from going to this place, then there is a transfer to the beach from the nearby residence hotel, just a couple of minutes on a buggy, two pools (one is better, the other of course wants repairs already), sun beds and umbrellas, sharp shells on the beach and on the shore. Of the advantages (they were here too): delicious food, there was always fish, poultry and beef, various side dishes, we were not hungry; the place is very beautiful, so we got these photos; near the shopping center.

We had a great rest at this hotel. Excellent location, very quiet both on site and in the rooms. The cleaning suffers, but apparently, it's how they clean everywhere here. Although the staff is not a hack. I spent 40 minutes and put the room in the order that I needed. It was difficult for our family to feed the children, since they do not eat spices from the word at all, but for adults the food is good, even despite the off-season. The breakfast is wonderful. The sea and the beach are just a miracle. Thanks to the administrator Feona - friendly and responsive, not a single request was ignored. The impression was spoiled only by the Russian-speaking administrator. An unpleasant, cunning guy who dragged his time as best he could so as not to give back the deposit. He also tried to make us guilty, like we needed to come for a deposit earlier. Although we came to renew the room and he did not say a word to us that he had not prepared the deposit. Because of this, the transfer was waiting for us for an extra 20 minutes, and he apparently hoped that we would give up and leave.
As a result, I would like to say a huge thank you for the rest, the children are asking for this hotel again :)
