I'll leave my experience in case it saves someone some nerves. I bought a swimming pool in this store — I came with a marriage. Instead of a normal refund, I was offered... to seal up the damage myself. When he refused, they began to delay: "you will lose a month upon return," then they arranged some kind of "internal examination", allegedly from the manufacturer - although in fact it was their own people who had nothing to do with the factory. The report was ready within a day, of course, with the conclusion “physical damage caused by the fault of the buyer.” The marriage was just brought back. I had to contact the Consumer Protection Department. They found a number of violations on their part, but even after that, the store continued to evade, sending incomprehensible “documents” that have no legal force. Only after the words "we are preparing a statement to the court," they abruptly changed their mind, took the marriage and returned the money.
