The room is very spacious. Each room has its own bathroom. The hotel is located in the old district. You can't get to the sights quickly. The staff is polite. There is a small pool and a GUM. Among the disadvantages - a very noisy refrigerator, very dirty Windows, hot water is not in all bathrooms. And there is a complete absence of any detergents in the kitchen: there are no rags, soap, towels. It is necessary to take this into account if you plan to cook yourself

A good strong three-piece, pretty beaten up by life, but still quite suitable for a long stay.
Obvious advantages:
- Good location, if you do not rush to the sea, but work in the city,
- Large spacious rooms with lots of closets and separate kitchens, there are both baths and showers,
- Moderate (for Dubai) price tag,
- Decent quality internet,
- Parking space is included in the room rate,
- Couriers can deliver directly to the door, not to the reception.
Minuses:
- Cleaning every 2 weeks and of conditional quality,
- The filling of the room is very conditional: there are dishes and appliances, but, as they say, end-to-end, a washing machine without drying, there is no dishwasher, an electric stove with "pancakes" and is not regulated almost completely, with towels in general, trouble,
- The water pressure leaves much to be desired.
I boldly recommend the hotel, all the disadvantages are solvable, the hotel staff solves everything that can be solved without major renovation)))
