A good strong three-piece, pretty beaten up by life, but still quite suitable for a long stay. Obvious advantages: - Good location, if you do not rush to the sea, but work in the city, - Large spacious rooms with lots of closets and separate kitchens, there are both baths and showers, - Moderate (for Dubai) price tag, - Decent quality internet, - Parking space is included in the room rate, - Couriers can deliver directly to the door, not to the reception. Minuses: - Cleaning every 2 weeks and of conditional quality, - The filling of the room is very conditional: there are dishes and appliances, but, as they say, end-to-end, a washing machine without drying, there is no dishwasher, an electric stove with "pancakes" and is not regulated almost completely, with towels in general, trouble, - The water pressure leaves much to be desired. I boldly recommend the hotel, all the disadvantages are solvable, the hotel staff solves everything that can be solved without major renovation)))

We booked this hotel in December 2021. Most of the people staying at the hotel are Hindus. We lived on the 4th floor with a view of the arch. The room is very large, spacious hall and two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms in each. But the rooms are very dirty, even though they were cleaned every day. The floors are very poorly washed, the feet of the feet after an hour spent in the room became simply black. The kitchen is spacious, but the stove, inventory leave much to be desired, everything is very dirty. Plumbing and tiles in the bathroom, wardrobes in the bedroom are in very poor condition. It's as if nothing has been updated since the 90s. We were vacationing with the children, so we decided not to take any chances and after 2 days we moved to another hotel. There is a swimming pool on site, but it is in the shady part and very cold and very small.
