Parking nearby is problematic, but if there are no available places nearby, you can park your car in the parking lot of the Euroopt shopping center and walk 150m through the traffic light. As for the office, it is quite spacious, equipped with a PC and a TV. The classes are conducted by experienced teachers, and the lectures are very informative. I recommend.
