It's a terrible hotel. From the street and at the reception it is not possible to appreciate the horror that is happening in the rooms! We often travel with our family and are not moody, but here I'm sorry, I DON'T recommend using the word at all! It is not clear which 4 stars we are talking about at all. We were passing through the city, arrived at night and since our reservation was unfortunately taken off at another hotel (more on this separately), we had to urgently look for a room, calling more than one hotel and not finding a free room, of course we were glad when we heard from the administrator that there was a free room. According to the photos on the website and in the catalog that the administrator showed us, everything is decent. The key was given after payment (by the way, it is indicated at the reception that money is not returned after payment), probably this should have alerted us, but since we were very tired, vigilance had already fallen off. When we went up to the room, we were horrified: the entrance door, the walls, the ceiling are all in some holes, the cabinets are broken, I am generally silent about the bathroom and toilet. Plus, the bed linen is not fresh!!! The only thing that was clean were the towels. I had to put them on pillows and cover myself with my blankets, since we carry our own in the car. Once again, I do NOT recommend this hotel to travelers!!
