The service is so-so, the suites are located in stuffy attics (3rd floor), you don't know what you're paying so much money for. The dining room is large. However, the food is definitely not for diabetics (there is a lot of sugar and salt), and it is also meager. In my opinion, renovation and a change of approach (administrator) are necessary, the recreation area is slowly but surely dying out. It is unclear whether there is a guard there in case of a fight or something else. The beach is no longer the same, it's dirty, the conditions are stretched 3 out of 10. As if you are ready to pay, but for decent service, and not for reassuring yourself - "konyl siisa, siyady bars", "beker keldymba", "kazakpyzgoi, shydayk, aiteuyr zherde zhatkan jokpyzgoi".

The advantages are always a clean area and an eye-pleasing atmosphere, with greenery and lighting. One of the disadvantages is the overpriced price, given that it does not include meals (even breakfast), while the rooms are not super chic. Nice hotel, large territory, the beach is fenced with buoys from jet skis. Minus one star for the dining room: mostly the food is good, but once my wife came across a rotten chicken dish (drumstick with potatoes); the trays are wiped with a cloth with a smell.
