I want to say a big thank you and express my gratitude to all the staff of the hospital for their professionalism, care and participation! I was brought from the hotel with abdominal pain. In the insurance department, a Russian-speaking employee helped me contact my insurance company to arrange an insured event and to coordinate all necessary procedures. After that, I was examined by a doctor, the necessary tests were performed and hospitalized on the same day in a separate individual ward. The ward has all the necessary facilities and amenities. The next day, an ultrasound and CT scan were performed and revealed a complex case of appendicitis, and a rare one on the left side. They operated in the evening, the operation was difficult, but everything went well, thanks to professional surgeons. After the operation, I was surrounded by the care and attention of the medical staff. They monitored my condition around the clock for several more days. They put on ivs, checked the pressure and temperature. I also want to say a huge thank you to Aliya, who helped me in everything, showed great concern, care and attention. Thanks!

They were accepted quickly, placed in a separate room, and immediately began treatment. The staff was on duty around the clock. You can visit at any time, you can even stay all day. My husband was lying here on insurance, he was electrocuted by the fault of the Sette Serenity hotel (never stay at this hotel, the administration did not even apologize, I am generally silent about the rest)
The hospital itself is new, everything is beautiful, clean, there is a TV, they feed three times a day, the staff is good.
There is a Russian-speaking admin.
