We visited this landmark in November 2025. We are a married couple of not very young people, I am 52, my husband is 65 years old. It wasn't without difficulties, but we managed to climb to the highest platform. The first and biggest difficulties we had was finding the beginning of the route. Parking the car in a small parking lot in front of the local house, they began to look around in search of some kind of sign, finding nothing, they moved straight to the mountain, through a small olive garden, began to wander along the foot to the right and left, they did not find anything like a passerby path. We found some kind of indistinct path and began to climb the mountain, after 200 meters the path disappeared, moreover, turning back we could not find it and went down winding through some rough terrain. I must say right away that it was the most extreme part of the journey. Wandering along the base, we did not reach the beginning of the normal path for 50 meters. In order not to repeat our mistakes, there are several landmarks, firstly, when facing the mountain, you need to move to the left, the entire way from the parking lot to the trail is probably about 150 meters. The first landmark, the skeleton of the greenhouse, is quite large, it must be passed through, the second landmark, the river, the path first goes along the river and only then begins to climb the mountain. The climb is small, up to a hole in the ground, this is the beginning of the ladder, which begins the ascent. I won't tell you about climbing, there are a lot of details about it in other reviews, I'll just say that we haven't seen any bats. The second difficulty arose when we overcame both ascents and found ourselves on the second tier. We started wandering back and forth again, looking for a path leading up. After examining all the paths leading to the ledges and ledges, after my screams that I would not climb further along this increasingly steep wall, we found the path. Well, as soon as they found us, kind people helped, a group of Kyrgyz, three men of different ages, were climbing behind us. What struck me was that the older one was wearing fashionable boots with perfectly smooth leather soles, and how he decided to climb in such shoes was amazing. They followed us up and also began to wander around the neighborhood, in the process of searching we constantly crossed paths and eventually got to know each other, it turned out that everyone speaks excellent Russian, and the older one even knows Pushkin's poems by heart. While we were chatting, one of his younger companions returned and said that he had found a path leading up. It turned out that the path goes straight up from the exit of their tunnel. It is difficult to find it, because first you have to climb up the stone forehead, on which, of course, there are no traces. Further along the route, there are arrows painted on the stones, such a clue would be very useful, but there is none, but to the right and left of the tunnel there are trails that lead to the ruins on this level, they are confusing. Of course, one would think that we were the ones who were so stupid that we were fornicating at every turn, but besides the Kyrgyz, a couple of Germans were fornicating with us, who caught up with us already on the descent. They climbed on without delay, in some places there were quite civilized stairs, in some places, indeed, goat trails. We reached the next level, there was a small through-building with comfortable stone benches, and we sat down to rest. From this building, the trail begins to descend, we decided that this was the end point, we did not see any other trails up the road, or perhaps we missed them. They began to decide whether to go down as they went up, or move on, along a new path down, and settled on the second option. We walked down 50-100 meters and saw an arrow, the path split, the more trampled led down, the more overgrown led up, of course, we chose the latter again. From here, the climb became more extreme, but still not as difficult as our first head-on assault on the mountain. 15-20 minutes of climbing, sometimes on all fours and we are at the top! The descent was easier, but we tried not to relax, after all, we were very tired, and we didn't want to get hurt at all. All together, it took us about 3-3.5 hours, of which we spent an hour and a half wandering. Lots of prickly plants, be sure to wear pants, not shorts.

A stunning place that is not favored by crowds of tourists. You can enjoy the great history and touch that era. To get to the very top, I recommend comfortable shoes and closed clothes (you will scratch all your feet on bushes with thorns). First through the tunnel, then from the first location you need to go down a little bit and then the arrows will start on the left. Near the ruins of a large building, there are inconspicuous blue and red arrows. You will first reach the stairs cut out of the rock, and then only up to the very end. The stunning views, the remains of mosaics and stucco are worth climbing the mountain for 40 minutes.

The views are beautiful. First, there is a very dark staircase in the mountain, there is a strong unpleasant smell in places, but once you get over everything, you have a very beautiful view of the surroundings. The time to climb to the top with stops in the photo is an hour and a half.
