We had a rest in Alashara in August 2025. The room was booked 3 months in advance. Before arriving at the place, we called the administrator Sabrina several times, clarified the nuances, always got in touch or called back later. So we went there knowing all the points on which questions may arise. As for the guest house itself: clean, cozy, new bed, good pillows. The rooms are cleaned every five days, the bed and towels are changed. The kitchen is shared, there are dishes for cooking, as well as plates, glasses, glasses, glasses, forks, spoons. The only drawback is that the cooking tile is the same for everyone, and it doesn't work well. But we mostly only cooked breakfast, so we were fine. There is a barbecue area, with all the necessary attributes. A separate topic is the territory of the guest house. The beauty is extraordinary, palm trees, flowering trees, shrubs, flowers in pots. Everything is well maintained, lawns are mowed. In the evening, everything is illuminated by beautiful lamps. There is a dining area with comfortable large wooden tables and benches. You can also have a good evening with the company there. A quiet 10-minute walk to the sea. There are shops and cafes nearby. I definitely recommend this place to relax.

We had our first vacation in Alashar many years ago. This year, we decided to repeat our vacation there and did not lose out. The location is very good, 5-7 minutes to the sea at a calm pace. The sea itself there is incomparable with other settlements of Abkhazia and Krasnodar Territory. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the guest house, two large gazebos with tables. Sabrina, the receptionist, is doing a great job, trying to take into account all the nuances and wishes of the guests. The staff does their best to keep the guest house clean. Of course, for those who like high-level service, they are not here. It's a simple vacation here, with a good price/quality ratio. Alashara, thank you! Our vacation went very well!

A small village. The sea is close. Cows with bells are everywhere, on the streets, on the highway, Cars are circling them, honking their horns. There are many shops, such as supermarkets. Public transport works well both in Pitsunda and Gagra and to the border. There were no problems. Evening cafes and restaurants for every taste. I liked everything.
