The Dostar Med clinic left an extremely negative impression. The doctors showed an incorrect attitude, they did not give clear and understandable answers to elementary questions. 15,000 tenge was paid for the reception, but the service provided did not meet the expected level. I do not plan to contact this clinic in the future.

There was a need, a special vehicle was allocated for half a day to transport the patient and an accompanying medical worker, visited on call at home, with blood collection and other tests. The score is excellent. It is advisable to increase the number of blood donation rooms in the center, since a decent queue sometimes accumulates here

The clinic itself is excellent, there are many specialized specialists, the doctors are professionals, very attentive, caring. The clinic does not have fgds, echocardiography, not all types of ultrasound are performed (for example, ultrasound of the ureters), and ultrasound of the lower extremities is not performed. That is, in order to collect the tests for the operation, you have to run to different clinics. The most important question is why it is so difficult to get through. Either it's busy, or they just don't answer the phone.
