I contacted this travel agency. Lydia, the indifferent manager, did not really understand what I would get for my money. Everything looked attractive and beautiful on the computer screen. But in reality, a room was waiting for me in Turkey, which is more suitable for the word "pigsty". The hotel was declared as 3 stars. Actually -3. Neither the Alatan company itself nor the Odeon receiving party are actually responsible for anything and do not solve anything in terms of helping tourists. As a result, on the 4th day, they still changed my room to a conditionally normal one. But first, look at the room I was lucky enough to stay in. The window looked out into the dining room where people were eating. The room is dirty and untidy, broken furniture, dirty bed linen (by the way, regardless of the room). I do not advise anyone to use the services of Alatan and Coral Travel with whom they cooperate. If you suddenly plan to travel, avoid these companies. And by no means stay at the Britannia hotel and villas!!! Look at the photo.
