Not only did the employee of the claims department illegally and unreasonably refuse to challenge, he offered to challenge the operations on a paid basis. At the same time, after 1.5 months of painful expectations, he demanded to deposit $ 49,000 to challenge, as he said in the Arbitration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. At the same time, the bank employee is apparently not familiar with the rules for challenging the Master Card payment system, otherwise she would have known that it is possible to challenge transactions in the Arbitration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs only after passing the chargback procedure, which the same employee refused me earlier. I believe in this bank, not only I can face ignorance of the rules or attempts to enrich myself at the expense of the client. In the near future, a statement will be sent to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulators, including the police, on the fact of corrupt actions by employees of the claim center within the framework of application 1680165.
