The service at this branch of Husanbank is one of the worst I've ever seen. I tried to open a card in April. The process lasted for almost a week: every day there are new checks — "come tomorrow, we will send you for verification", "come tomorrow, we need to send your employment contract". I provided all the documents, but the card was opened for five days. When they finally opened it, they said, "Wait for it to print out." I had to leave, and when I returned, I found out that the card had been destroyed — 90 days had passed, and no one had bothered to call or even ask whether to destroy it or not. The bank did not accept the general power of attorney for my friend to receive the card. It feels like it's easier for them to get rid of a customer than to serve them. I would also like to mention the clerk at the entrance, who is the most unfriendly person who is looking for a reason to refuse from the first minute. I had to argue with him and go to the boss, who, by the way, is the only normal employee in this story. As a result, after all this, when I returned, it turned out that the card had already been deleted, and everything had to start over. I just left, calling them the "bottom of the bank," and I'll never come back here. I don't recommend it to anyone.
