I am very disappointed with the service provided by this bank. They deducted 200,000 tenge worth of bonuses from me without explanation, and since then the real quest has begun. It's almost impossible to call the bank — I've been trying to get through for four days in a row, but the only response is the robot's voice about busy operators. I wrote to the official email from the website — silence. I haven't received a response yet, it's been 4 days already. As a result, I had to look for other ways — I wrote on Instagram, only there they told me my work email. A long correspondence by mail began, but there is no organization and no clear information. In the end, they called me back, but they told me that the bonuses would not be refunded. 200,000 tenge is quite a lot of money, and such an attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable.
