Review text: I am a client of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (now, as far as I understand, renamed Alatau City Bank). My bank account was blocked without notification or explanation. I was informed that it is necessary to appear in person at the bank's branch in Kazakhstan, otherwise no action, including the transfer of my own funds, is possible. Being abroad for a good reason, I am physically unable to travel to Kazakhstan. All my calls to the call center end with one phrase: "Contact the department personally." No one responds in writing, and there are no official letters or notifications about the reason for the block. Access to my funds is blocked, it is impossible to use the account, and I am even denied a refund of my own money. I am not interested in further service at this bank. Please stop withholding my funds and return the money. I regard this situation as unacceptable and a possible attempt to unlawfully withhold the client's funds, especially in conditions where the client cannot arrive in person for objective reasons. I demand an official written response and a pre-trial resolution of the situation. Otherwise, I will have to turn to human rights and international authorities, as such actions on the part of the bank may be regarded as a violation of the client's rights and financial pressure.
