I received the card as a non-resident, did everything in 15 minutes, the card was handed out immediately. The set of documents fully corresponds to what is written on the website (other banks asked for a bunch of additional papers as a reason for refusal, which are not stated anywhere). Everything was set up, the entire application interface was shown, and the employee distributed personal wi-fi. No one imposed unnecessary services.
