The hotel itself is pleasant, the rooms are clean, cozy, the water/tea was all updated daily. But the receptionist is a disappointment. If I'm not mistaken, Ilmira. It seemed that she didn't want to settle us at all))although we were with the children and were as friendly as possible, she answered questions rudely and in monosyllables, and was harsh. Special thanks to chef Aina!!! She cooks very well and is kind, she didn't close the door in front of her, even though breakfast time was over, she fed my daughter porridge and fruits 😍😍
