In the Alba store, I purchased electro tools, since the beginning of the year, I bought a Bulgarian (uhm) "Vortex" after 6 months, I do not regularly use it for its intended purpose. I contacted the store with a problem when turning on the tool, there are jerks in operation. They sent me to a service center. To the city center, What was my surprise that it turned out the warranty card was not filled in correctly and the service does not have the right to take it for warranty repair. I had to contact the store again to issue a warranty, but the seller apparently did not issue the warranty correctly again, took one digit and did not write it down. The Bulgarian was not accepted for warranty again. As I was told in the workshop, the control circuit of the grinder may have failed, and this is at least half the cost of the tool. It cost about 400 rubles at that time. So think again when buying an electric instrument in this store...
