Today I visited this beauty salon and I was pleasantly impressed)
To begin with, the atmosphere here is amazing: as soon as you enter, you immediately feel calm, warm and cozy. The interior is designed in a modern style with exquisite details, which creates a feeling of relaxation. I noticed the unobtrusive fragrance in the salon.
Very comfortable furniture, electric chairs on which you just fall asleep like a child, mirrors with pleasant lighting and a built-in outlet, which is very convenient, they immediately connected my phone to charge near me) This made my stay in the salon even more comfortable)
Now about the service: Veronica is a master, she was very attentive to my wishes, professionally consulted, carefully and carefully started working. I am very pleased with the result, it turned out even better than I expected! Thank you ☺️
I also want to note the caring attitude of the director of this institution. Everything is organized at the highest level — starting from an attentive approach to each client who comes and ending with little things like the drink offered (by the way, the only salon in which there is a choice of coffee like in a coffee shop, up to alternative milk).

A unique place for our city. A salon that can only be said in a positive way. In this place, everything came together, reaching perfection. A chic interior that immediately sticks in the memory. I haven't had such a terrible manicure for a long time, bumps, poorly colored areas, the shape was not made the way I wanted.I left a review about it, they deleted it.They have only 5 on the page, because bad reviews are immediately deleted.The interior is completely ignored.Although they declare themselves as a premium salon.The advantages are a beautiful interior.
Thank you for returning my review after all. Apparently you've been thinking about the answer for a whole month and gave out what you gave out. As you say, you are giving false facts in your answer. Firstly, the shortcomings were immediately voiced to Master Kristina, and secondly, I did not demand to redo my manicure for free either orally or in writing, as well as in the complaint I left in your book. I only asked for a refund for the manicure, not even to me, but to the legal organization that carried out the payment. But you didn't do that even after they contacted you. I agree with you that nothing happens for free, and I need your manicure neither for free nor for money. I cannot recommend a salon that does not know anything about customer orientation and adequate settlement of disputes to anyone. I'll just attach photos of your work, and let potential clients decide for themselves whether they want to visit you or not. Have a nice day)

I decided to wash off my black hair color for a long time, but in the end I signed up at the moment. I got to master Svetlana right away, so I didn't have time to change my mind 😄))) The procedure took a whole day, but it was brightened up by a pleasant atmosphere, with notes of care and home comfort. The result exceeded all my expectations) I was satisfied with the result. I will repeat the procedure soon, because I want to have a colder shade)
The main advice is to choose a professional and not save money. After all, we girls can't save on ourselves!
1. Choose a professional and spare no money if you want to maintain the quality of your hair and not get very obvious spots of pigment all over your head.
2. Be prepared for a warm shade of hair. Black is always washed out into reddish-red. Therefore, it is almost impossible to get a cold shade at one time, but you can maintain it with tinting masks. Be patient.
3. Focus on care and restoration, choose shampoo for colored hair and Davines masks.
