A beautiful villa with separate bedrooms, a swimming pool, a common area and all this on a deserted beach. The purest sea, the beach - you look and there are not enough eyes) and there is no one around! I liked everything very much. I'll give you a four for Wi-Fi - it doesn't pull, there were a lot of problems. And also for breakfast and dinner in the restaurant - I didn't like it very much. But overall Everything is fine! We would have come back!!!

Huge cockroaches, garbage on the premises, broken plumbing and air conditioning, stains and ingrained dirt in the room. Fans in the cafe with a huge layer of dust. Very poor breakfasts. There is a lot of ice in cocktails. One of the advantages is the location and a gorgeous view of the sea.

the hotel has completely deteriorated. cockroaches are running around and everything is falling apart. I don't understand why this hotel has five stars. the taps are falling out. There is no cleaning of the territory. Ashtrays are not cleaned for three days. It's time to refresh and make repairs.

1. The hotel is located on the edge of the world - there are no shops, no shops, no cafes, no exchangers and there is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. 2. There are a lot of steps in the hotel, up and down - to get to the reception, to the pool, to the restaurant, to enter the beach through a high curb. 3. The beach is dirty - a lot of garbage and crushed shells - you can get hurt. 4. The entrance to the sea is steep, strongly washes out the coastline. No one swims, the hotel does not even put up a flag saying whether you can swim or not. 5. The hotel is dirty. The rooms are old. At the reception, too, all the furniture is old and dirty, even it is unpleasant to sit on the sofa, some old dusty children's toys are also sold there. The territory of the hotel is not cleaned - there is garbage and leaves from palm trees everywhere. There was only a liter of water for four in the room (and it took 600 baht to get to the store there and back). 6. The hotel is completely unsuitable for families with children: - quite a steep approach to the sea - there are a lot of steps everywhere -ramps are only for climbing to the reception and they are not suitable for suitcases, for strollers - the slope is too high! - construction works are underway near the so-called children's zone, if not right on it 7. After reviewing this whole picture of an unsuitable holiday and accommodation option for us (with two small children under 2 years old), we decided to leave the hotel 2 hours after check-in, so as not to spoil our vacation for our own money - the hotel staff said that they would evict us only after signing a document that says, that we were satisfied with everything at the hotel and liked it, that there are no complaints about the hotel, and we are checking out simply on our own and for personal reasons unrelated to the hotel - that's the twist!!!!!!!!!! 8. The description of the hotel does not say anywhere that moving inside the hotel is exclusively by stairs! Also, it is not said anywhere that the hotel is not suitable for accommodation with children, they also tried to make a children's area there for some reason, which, by the way, is very far from the sun beds and the communal pool! P.S. I did not understand where the hotel got such a rating and positive reviews
