Excellent Soviet dorm with shared toilet, shared shower and shared kitchen. Since my granddaughter and I only spent the night here, and during the day we rode around the natural attractions of the peninsula, everything was fine with us. Advantages: location, parking, within walking distance of the Khiva cafe-canteen, where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food. The most important plus is the price: a room for 2 people cost 6,400 tenge per day + 200 tenge for Parking on the territory. Prices for June 2024 Wi-Fi is available. Of the cons: an uncomfortable pillow (but I carry my own in the trunk). The toilet and shower are clean enough, but they are not cozy or comfortable. We are not pretentious travelers, so I take off only 1 star. And so for this money everything is quite great.

By itself, it's not too bad and it's not good. Spacious rooms. But there was no stove on the second floor. Only a kettle and a microwave, you can only warm it up. It is a pity that insects are present. The staff is good.

This is an ordinary cheap hotel. Cockroaches are crawling around the kitchen, there is dirt in the toilet and shower. Food is being stolen from the refrigerator. Linen must be handed over at the time of eviction. I put more than one star only for the price - the lowest.
